I ordered this product and not all of the pieces came in the package, Why doesn't anyone respond to my emails about this problem?

I have also experienced this. I have sent back two sets because they only had three pieces, not four. It seems like Amazon and this company would not like to pay all the postage coming and returning. Any body listening???

Honestly probably not I bought them for my 95 Honda shadow 1100 and they did not fit I felt like I wasted my money I hope this helps

Stripped out upon installation!

The product looked decent but the bolt stripped out during installation. I guess I shouldn’t have waited to install it, because now I’m past my return date!

Crap material broke at time of install

The aluminum is grade A garbage clamping ear was to tight at time of install and it snapped while trying to force it onto the shift shaft . Stay clear of this product ,poor quality. The worst part is I can't even return it because they want it back in the original packaging that I threw away

Looks great and easy to install.

I ordered them after a HD shop on my way to rolling thunder this year questioned me and didn't believe me of extended warranty and wouldn't check without writing a work order first and I go on but won't, other than my heal shifter fell off on the way down. I ordered these the same night and it was there at home waiting when I got home memorial day. They look like what HDSells for three times the price I just payed.
