Stays put!
Having tried many different brands, this by far is the best one and stayed on for a hot sweaty half marathon on my knees. Not cheap but worth every penny. Pain was minimal as very supportive when you follow the instructions leaflet provided.

Effective and stays adhered for at least 4 days
Using KT tape for a medial collateral ligament sprain of knee joint. Noticed good recovery within 3-4 days of using tape compared to previous 4 weeks of using just a knee support brace. Tapes stayed on for 4 days+ even with daily showers. Would definitely recommend this product.

does exactly what it says although I defo advice to do a skin test first my daughter had burn Mark's from it as she is allergic but its strong and does the job

It does work but ... when swimming ...
After researching the different tapes we chose this one for our 14 year old son who is a competitive swimmer with Osgood Shlatters. He says it does hold and support his knees when swimming but it literally comes off straight after being in the pool. It doesn't last.

Not 100% sure it's any stickier than normal KT tape but my knee does feel supported

Not good enough
Glue isn't good enough. During work out it started peeling off. You might as well buy the normal KT or the KT PRO
