I can’t say enough good things about the TENA For Men Level 3 guards. They offer outstanding protection and peace of mind, especially for heavier leaks. What really stands out is how very thick and absorbent they are — you can immediately tell these are made for serious protection, not just light coverage. Despite the thickness, they fit comfortably and stay in place throughout the day without bunching or shifting around. The adhesive backing is strong, and the contoured shape fits naturally, so it doesn’t feel awkward or bulky when worn. They control moisture extremely well and do a great job with odor control too. Whether you’re active, at work, or sleeping, you can trust these to do their job without worry. If you need reliable, heavy-duty protection, these are absolutely worth it. Highly recommend for anyone who needs maximum absorbency and security.

I am recommending these incontinence pads for heavier needs. The extra wide is essential and offers greater absorption to prevent overflow and embarrassing wet spots on outer clothing. As a cancer survivor, I acquired uncontrolled leakage with varying stream discharge. The only downside I experience is the higher cost with fewer pads per package. Tena incontinence pads are superior to depends and is better proportionally sized, adjustability and ease of use. I personally find the thickness being sufficient for my needs. Being on a fixed income, its harder for me to chose quality over quantity. My preference is Tena always over under named brands.

Tena men level 3 is effective and minimizes leaks

No, I’m not going to share a video or photo. I have dealt with the problem of incontinence for about a decade, and Tena incontinence pads, which I found only about 6 months ago, have really helped alleviate the problem of being uncomfortable to wear, and worse, leaks both big and small . I don’t think any pad by any maker will provide 100% protection from leaks or floods, but after bad experiences with different pads and underwear, theTena pads have been the best by a wide margin. Many other pads are the shape of a brick—a rectangular shape that is generally uncomfortable and leaks around the sides. Other pads are also bulky, which, in my opinion means they don’t conform to the contours of the body. Also, because of the bulk, I was never sure if it wasn’t obvious I was wearing incontinence pads under my clothing. Tena pads are a different shape and considerably less bulky. Instead of a brick, the pad is an oval shape at the front, or business end where protection is the most needed, and shaped almost like a catcher’s mitt. Other pads have slight contours that do not cover enough surface area causing them to leak more. Being less bulky, without sacrificing absorbency, means Tena pads stay in place better, are more comfortable, and leak much less than other pads. And by fitting closer and conforming better means they tend to disappear when worn under clothing. I would recommend this product to other men.

I’m sure these would work as intended for the right person for me they were cumbersome and would not stay in place and we’re rather large more than I expected
