Just one week ago, I checked my blood sugar level at a diagnostic center. The result was significantly high. That, fasting sugar level was 168 and PP level 240. At that time I didn't take this rice, even ordered through Amazon. Due to Manipur's crisis they couldn't deliver it. But, I got it on the 24th of this month. Then I tried it and found it reduced my sugar level significantly. Fasting was 104 and PP 162. This is the report of me.
