Love the BBQ one, was hoping the pink salt one would be salty, but its sweet - tastes like pancakes. The taste is good, but not what I was wanting. Edit… just read the ingredients, and realize the salt flavor should really be re-named and labeled Salted Caramel. This is the opposite of what I was expecting for a bag just named Himalayan Sea Salt.

I love these but I loved them more before they changed. They had more of that sweetness flavor and a difference in crunch and I swear size?? Not sure. But still good, just better with old formulation. 5 stars if it was the old formula.

Tasty and nutritious

These are tasty, but note that even though they are “sea salt” flavor, they are actually more like salted caramel. Good, but I hadn’t expected that they would be sweet. Also note that the 25 g protein listed on the package is actually for the whole package which is really 2.5 servings. So it is actually 10 g per serving. I liked that they didn’t taste like some protein products out there which can be bland. I also like that they use real sugar instead of sweeteners that so many other protein products have.

This was horrible! I contacted the company and they apologized and issued a refund. They said that they had changed manufacturing to keep up with demand. The quality suffered. I will order again and hope I get a better batch since I love these so much normally.

Given that the flavor is Himalayan Sea Salt, I did not expect the main taste to be sweet! I personally don't enjoy sweet snacks and so it was a big disappointment. One of the ingredients is "salty caramel seasonning" and I think it dominates the taste. If you like caramel, you may enjoy this product but I did not. Yet, I still like the crunch, the relative simplicity of the ingredients, and the nutritional content (10 g of protein!) so I will be trying out the other flavors from the same brand.

I loved these when they first released. The texture was akin to Reese's Puffs and there was a hint of maple flavor. The flavor is now a bit lighter and the texture is much harder and crunchier. I hope they decide to revert back to the original way these were made, as that was perfect.
