“The game card cannot not be used”This is a message I have never seen before and have no idea how to fix.Very frustrating.

I ordered this for my sons 3ds for Xmas and the game doesn't work . Every other game he had works but this doesn't..The case is not damaged at all but the cartdlridge does not load the game and it sounds like something is moving inside the cartridge

Should have been made clear that these are Regional and DO NOT work on uk machines. Bought early for Christmas present!!! Now cannot return!!!POOR SERVICE

Bought the game. Waited a solid 2 weeks for it to come but that's one thing. My main problem is that the game not only didn't work as when inserted into my 3ds it said the game could not be used. Just to add onto that when the product came the packaging was broken with a massive cut down the spine of the products packaging. Luckily the product was still in there it just didn't work.

Got it today like others have stated put it in and the game card doesn't work it does not state what region you are getting it from either so have returned it another 3 week wait for my money back

The game card doesn’t work at all. The package the card is in doesn’t look authentic. Will not work in the DS. Very disappointed.

Doesn't work says that the game card cannot be used.
