Disappointing Product
Prepare to be disappointed. This unit doesn't work well unless you get the USB2 SUI connectors. You may get the video but you will not get the virtual media to function and their error messages are useless while diagnosing it.

Great Product.
Great Product... Although this interface works very well... I feel this should have been included in the very expensive KVM Switch which I bought prior to purchasing this interface item as the unit is completely useless without the interface to make connections to the Servers!!! The KVM without the Interface is just a Box with lights, nothing more...

Product works fine but do yourself a favour and don't buy a Tripp Lite KVM. Java issues, browser issues, and lots of support time on the phone. If you don't have an IP KVM this wouldn't be an issue.
