Caution - NOT for those on a ketogenic diet !.
I want to return it, but it's my fault for not scrutinizing the label better before purchasing. Probably worth 5 stars if your body already runs on tonnes of sugar. I should have read the label closer. I'm on a ketogenic diet which is a carbohydrate restricted diet. After taking my first full ounce, my body immediately hated it because of the 15 grams of carbohydrates(3 sugar grams). I have a headache as I type this (and I NEVER get headaches), and am experiencing brain fog for the first time in 10 months ( in ketogenesis). I actually feel a bit ill right now from it. The good news is that I now know that my body is in a much better state without carbs, and instead, using fat as fuel . It would have been a great product if it wasn't filled with carbohydrates, because fucoidan is some amazing stuff ! - (without all the sugar)
