Fake controllers
I bought these controllers as original Sony but today I received fake ones

Fake product, no refund
I tried to review at the time but surprise, surprise the review was rejected. What arrived was a torn box with a broken fake controller in. I requested a refund and sent it to the return address. Checked back a few days later and the return address against the order had been changed. No refund happened of course. This is a scam.

Went faulty in 3 months unable to get support from Amazon or Sony there after sales help is pathetic
Product worked ok but then started drifting when playing res evil 2 I have had to revert to an older controller which works fine I am unable to get support from Amazon or Sony both have no helpline or easy contact because of this will not be buying online at Amazon again

This control pad is not genuine! very poor quality,the right trigger broke the second day of use, It feels like it is made from helium it is so light. Complete waste of money DO NOT BUY!!!!

Good replacement for DualShock 4 previous gen. My sister smashed my controller so I had to buy this new one. I like that the whole controller is red and not random black parts. Works with PS5 too.

To find a Sony controller in stores is impossible. But I’ve ordered 2 off Amazon, Sony brand and they were brand new. Absolutely no issues. The price is a bit hefty but definitely worth it.
