Beautiful and high-quality book
I really appreciate the padded cover and all the beautiful colorful illustrations of this book! The size of the book is perfect for parents to read to their child. Great quality! I had already purchased the gingerbread toy for my great-granddaughter and will add a gingerbread man cookie cutter and recipe as a gift. This will make it easy to explain that he is a cookie, and that is why everyone wants to eat him. Also baking and eating the cookies together will add to the memorable fun.

Original Story!
I am so pleased with this original version of The Gingerbread Man. The illustrations are really nice and the quality of the pages is equally nice! The soft padded cover gives the book a nice feel! As a retired teacher I’m rather picky when it comes to children’s books. This one fits the bill. I’ll be reading it to my grandchildren just before I serve homemade gingerbread men.( from Etsy haha)

Nice Christmas Present - Give with a Cookie!
Every year my family makes HUGE gingerbread cookies and decorates them. This year we had a two year old join our festivities. I ordered this as a gift for him. It is perfect in addition to his cookie!
