pedialyte is a great way for active seniors to insure they get enough necessary electrolytes in their body.

Believe me this can be a lifesaver. I've had heat stroke once so I have to be really careful in anytime I start getting a little and wheezy in the stomach because of heat I drink one of these and you're all good

This is a great buy. I can't find it locally for less than ~$7/bottle. The shipping package is sturdy and it provides a convenient way to store these bottles until I am ready to use them. The cherry flavor Pedialyte is my favorite. I use a few cup fulls every day to stay well hydrated. I find it easily digested and believe it is helping me to remain more healthy over time.

tastes like kool aid but did add maximum health benefits for speedy recovery. The cap was easy open one of the best safe effective beneficial products for kids to use. Easy pour bottle maximum strength as expected from pedilyte

I'm 74...diabetic & thirsty all the time. Time to give up the sugar laden soft drinks. Taste better than I expected.

Great for helping prevent hangovers or recovering from a hangover. It provides more electrolytes then most sports drinks and has far less calories. If you are using to help ward away a hang over I recommend drinking half the bottle about 15-30 minutes before going to bed followed by 20-24 ounces of water. Then, in the morning, consume the other half of the bottle followed by around 12 ounces of water. This usually does it for me after a night of moderate drinking. If you are using to treat a hangover I suggest you drink 1 bottle in about an hour, then followed by about 32 ounces of water the next hour. If you are still feeling dehydrated follow with another bottle in the next few hours. A note about the "advanced" Pedialyte as opposed to the normal kind. I find it much more effective for me. It contains probiotics whereas the normal kind does not. Usually when I get a hangover it involves a sour stomach or other digestive symptoms. When I drink the advanced kind it seems to help prevent these from occurring. This does not happen when I consume the regular kind. I don't know if this would work for everyone, but if you get gut problems after drinking you might want to try the advanced kind.
