Great! A MUST HAVE! Before we go anywhere, where it will be crowded, we use this premium nasal spray. Does not burn, is not drying. Xylitol and grape fruit seed extract, working synergisticly to support healthy sinus and overall health and well-being. Affordable, worth it and great to have on hand when needed. Thus is a reorder and will continue to order. I highly recommend.

This is a good nasal spray which consists mainly of xylitol. Which is a good sugar, which feeds good bacteria and starves bad bacteria. It also pulls water to itself. I’ve been using it twice a day for several months and like the way it makes my nose feel moisturized. Without being too runny. I use one squirt in each nostril twice daily and then lay down for 10 to 15 minutes to allow the spray to absorb and do its work. I like that the spray has the dual purpose of helping with my allergies and helping my nasal flora be the best it can be.

It's so harmless a newborn babe can be given Xlear 10 times a day w/no problem, yet it really does a great job. The only "active" ingredient is Xylitol, dissolved in distilled water, with some grapefruit extract added. Xylitol is just another of the several forms of sugar, but it's a very SLIPPERY form and by spraying it into your nostrils, it works in tandem with your natural mucous to keep out allergens and germs. Mucous traps foreign particles or germs by getting them stuck in the mucous, and gradually being flushed out of the nose. Xlear "washes' them out cuz it's so slippery, and cuz it also acts like a saline solution to aid mucous flow. In effect, it amounts to "washing" your nasal passages with a quick spray that is far more effective than any saline, yet more benign and easy to use and safe and inexpensive too. My girlfriend has had the WORST sinus problems, operations, etc, by far of anyone I've ever known, was treated by TOP specialists, for years she spent a couple hours EVERY day to flush out and clear out her sinuses. Xlear actually gave her back a normal life. A couple squirts of the spray a couple times a day, zero side effects, and her sinuses stay clear/clean, almost never a sinus infection anymore, etc. She considers it a godsend, as does a friend who moved to Austin, TX. He'd never had allergies til he moved there -- Austin is supposedly the 2nd worst place in the US for allergens. Well, Mike began to suffer from allergies for the first time in his life, but his home and family and so on had just rooted themselves there and he couldn't leave. I have no allergy problems, but the idea behind Xlear made sense to me, so I tried it and I'm now hooked. ANY time you have a stuffy nose for just about ANY reason, Xlear REALLY helps INSANTLY (well, it does take a few seconds to a minute to complete its job). It clears you up, cleans you out, makes your nasal passages feel open and comfy. Their blurb mentions that over 90% of all throat and lung infections enter the body via the nose, and what Xlear's job is, is to keep such germs as well as other foreign particles from getting past your nose into the throat or bronchial tubes or the lungs. IT WORKS. I haven't had a serious cold or flu since I began using it. Even if you have NO sinus or other nasal problems (that's me) you should have a bottle around and better still use it from time to time or better still regularly a few times a day when you think of it, and you'll quickly udnerstand why it is a REALLY effective PREVENTIVE of colds, flus, and other nasal/respiratory problems, probably the best preventive you could find. If you can keep the germs out, then you don't NEED the "immune system boosting" vitamins and minerals and so on in the first place. I'm not saying to stop any vitamin or other regimen you like, just that Xlear is a completely different "line off defense" that works separately and in addition to strengthening your immune system. I would sum it up by saying Xlear is the ounce of prevention that's worth a TON of cure, and by the amount I've written you can tell I really think it's one of those truly GREAT products you run across every once in a blue moon and then permanently "adopt" into your life.

This nasal spray has been working out better than I anticipated. While it’s a pricer option, it does work well and without causing the side effects that are present with most nasal sprays. The sinus congestion has gotten better.

Works well on most days, but not on severe allergy days, when nothing short of sudafed works.

Wonderful product. I’ve been using it for years. It’s all natural and clears nasal passages to help breathing. I use it during allergy season. Best I’ve ever used and I recommend it highly.

I use this twice a day, morning and evening, to irrigate the nasal passages to prevent illness. When I know there's something going around, or when I feel like I'm coming down with something, I use it even more, and I believe it has helped me either escape getting sick, or lessened the days of illness compared to others who aren't using the product. I had a reaction to using it for the first week; it made my throat a little sore. But once I got used to it, I no longer had any problems. I think this is a great product for wellness.

I was a little skeptical at first about xylitol in a nasal spray. When I began using it, it worked IMMEDIATELY! My nose and sinuses cleared up and felt really moisturized. I've used medicated and non- medicated nasal sprays in the past but they sting and burn my nose, and leave it feeling dried out. This spray is fantastic and clears it up without drying it out. Plus since it's not medicated you can use it throughout the day if your nose or sinuses start getting congested. I have already recommended it to several family members!

I’ve used steroid sprays and decongestants for hay fever but they only gave temporary relief. This spray is really effective, and very pleasant to use. I can actually feel my airways opening and there is no nasty taste at the back of my throat. One spray each side is more than enough.

I caught a cold, and I am 12 weeks pregnant. Vasoconstrictor drops or sprays are prohibited, but I rely on them very much in my daily life. I tried some saline solutions and sprays with essential oils, but nothing worked. Only this spray works for me almost as a vasoconstrictor. It is safe for pregnant and nursing women. I was hesitant about the price, which is almost twice as much as other non-medical sprays. But the bottle is twice as large, so it’s a good deal for me. The taste is sweet, and I don’t like it. Fortunately, the taste disappears quickly.
