how is it?Does it work well?

Yes, it works GREAT! Let me tell you about something that doesn’t work well however; the nut provided to attach the faucet to the sink is made of brass(a somewhat soft metal) which will not tighten and skips over the threads-the faucet is loose and it is heavy, specifically top heavy, and needs good support where it is attached to the sink. I will have to find another nut to use and reinstall. I’ve had the faucet since January and I haven’t found a good replacement yet, and that’s a little irritating. Otherwise, the faucet is very heavy duty and it does a great job!! The inlet hoses are small diameter, but don’t let them fool you; the water output is very good, so much in fact that I highly suggest only using this faucet in a large, deep sink. I’m actually considering buying the same faucet for my daughter-it is well worth the price and much better quality than you’d ever find at Home Depot or Lowe’s. Good luck!!!!

What size and depth hole do I need for mounting this faucet

Hole size = 1 3/8"or 35mm is the worldwide standard faucet hole size. It's a one whole faucet and depth wise, the hole has to go all the way through the countertop centered on the sink.

How tall is the faucet after installation?

I am not sure which dimension you are asking for. I would refer you to the drawing...https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07J9YFTLS?ref_=pe_527950_33920290_dpLink

Does this faucet include a deck plate?
