Its my first smart phone - I'm not much of a phone user so never bothered - but its great. Easy to use, smaller than a lot of smart phones my friends have so fits in the pocket easier.. and it survived when I dropped it, which was a surprise seeing how quickly everyone seems to break their phone screens!

Woefully outdated
This is reviewing the item - not the service, which was fine. The phone itself is small, lightweight and attractive. The features not so much. Woefully outdated operating system and app store. What was once regarded as a decent quality smart phone is no longer fit for purpose, at least by today's standards. Returned/refunded without issue.

Perfect!
I really like the phone! I have T-mobile and just transferred it over. I had to get one of the sd cards, but that was only 10.00. Great phone, plus only $10.00 at T-Mobile to hook up. It also came with a double charger so it works in EU and USA plugs - which is great if you are between places. I am pretty handy with devices, so I went in before i went to T-Mobile and changes all the auto settings. It was shipped new in box un-open but out of Italy. Changed everything everywhere to US. I thin if you depend on someone else (like your provider to do this, it may not happen in all the nooks an crannies where it is necessary. I didn't want a big(ger) phone, but needed better one and I wanted white really bad and that is what I got. I went back to Amazon and purchased all the cute cases you can get for S4 Mini too.

Ottimo acquisto
