I loved it. I made it with soy milk so it took at least 12 hrs to set up in fridge. It was not too sweet. Very easy to cook. I will buy more. Great value. If you require it to be sweeter just a tablespoon of sugar. If you use real whole milk it will be thicker Taste like pastry cream recipe but so much easier

I have only used one time since purchasing. I followed the directions but it seemed too thin so I added more powder, wrong thing to do. Following the directions even if it seems to thin. It will thicken up a lot when cooling. The flavor is good and I will continue to find uses in my recipes for this.

This probably fine,but it is basically instant vanilla pudding.

The custard was good and was to our expectations. However the custard carton is too flimsy. They ought to be better for appropriate storage.

This is pure corn starch, with coloring, it is better to make a pastry cream, with eggs, milk, sugar and corn starch than to use this product, which in a very personal opinion, as I have said, is pure corn starch with coloring. Besides, its taste is horrible, it doesn't even remotely resemble a good pastry cream, so forget about buying this product, it's going to disappoint you. Do yourself a favor and look for something of higher quality since this is not going to give you the result you want apart from the fact that its flavor, as I mentioned, is horrible. But hey, this is my opinion, you will decide whether or not you want to buy it, but I warn you that you will be disappointed, to such a degree that you will lose your money and throw away the product. Of course each person is different and maybe there is someone who likes its flavor or its quality but as far as I am concerned, this product does not serve as a cream or whatever you want to use it for. But well, I had to rule it out but maybe you like it and as I say, in terms of taste, everyone has a different thought.

I love Bird’s custard powder. I prefer custard to be less sweet than your typical readymade custard so this is perfect. Great for every pudding you’d want to have custard on or in.

Petite remarque Birds est la marque du produit et il est inutile et ridicule de traduire par oiseau.... Les connaisseurs cherchent la Bird's custard et non la Oiseaux custard

Non conoscevo assolutamente questo prodotto e l’ho acquistato perché è un ingrediente indicato in alcune ricette di cucina giapponese che mi diverto a fare. In effetti, dopo averlo usato mi sono resa conto della sua funzione. Ho provato a fare anche una super basica crema inglese e devo dire che non era male anche se quella classica con l’uovo è tutta un’altra cosa
