Yes. With his hands up he is 10". 9 1/2 to the top of his head. This figure is INCREDIBLE!

Can he fit with the standard Marvel Legends?

Well, this is a Marvel Select 10-inch figure and most of the Marvel Legends figures are 6-inch. "Real" Hulk is supposed to be 8' so if you are into realistic scale, yes it would fit nicely.
