The value of money, easy of use and Flavors are astonishing. This paste carries a lot of flavour and delivers a medium heat. Goes well with chicken and fish or vegetables. Squeeze a little lemon or lime over the rice to help cut through those flavours and refresh the palette.

I was really excited to receive this product but after following the on pack instruction the resulting curry was far too salty - and i have a high tolerance to salty food Disappointed is an understatement - i cannot recommend anyone buys this product unfortunately

The rest is just texture (shrimp, meat, bok choy, onion, etc). This paste is the best-kept secret for creating that familiar Thai restaurant favourite.
