BodySport Balance Disc, Blue

I weigh about 280 and have used the balance disc a couple of dozen times so far. It continues to work very well. FYI: My wife tried it without shoes once and her foot sunk to the bottom of the disc. She put her shoes on and it worked as intended. I don't know why and don't care, but I did see a couple of complaints from other customers about the disc not working properly. Bare feet may be the reason.

I recently purchased a second disc to be able to do more exercises. However it would not inflate through the port on the flat side of rthe disc no matter what I did. I had had this same problem with this model of disc before and had to return it for an exchange. This time I returned the disc to Amazon for a replacement hoping I would have more success. And YES! the replacement inflated easily but in this replacement I noticed the inflation port was on the side of the disc. I don't know if this repositioning made a difference in improving inflation but I was glad it worked. i keep my discs in the kitchen and stand on one or both while I am doing tasks. It is great for ankle flexibility as well as overall balance training,

I use this in my chair at work, where I sit most of the day. In the beginning,I could only sit on it for a few hours without a backache. Now I sit on it nearly all day. I did have some soreness in the beginning, but I think it was because I was getting used to it, and the muscles it exercises had to get in shape,too. I can feel it working on my "core".

Great body balance disk. Durable material, good craftmanship. Comfortable to use. Good value for money.

As advertised - would recommend to others

I use this to help stretch and train my low back muscles from disc compression and arthritis pain. When I wake up in the morning, I can barely move my mid section from the pain. I sit on this and do some stretches and hip rotation and it’s like a travel yoga ball. It’s excellent quality and perfect for the small exercise needs!

Nenhuma bomba tem um bico correto para encher. Já levei no posto de gasolina. Na loja de bicicleta. Estou com ódio desse equipamento!! Nunca usei pq não consigo encher. Um absurdo! Dinheiro rasgado e jogado fora!!! Que desrespeito!!!

Solid piece, works well. Wish it came with a pump

Bought two. Dislike: Had to get friend with bicycle pump to use to inflate. Like: Sturdy, great for balance, doing squats while using one under each foot is an excellent exercise for horse riding and also for swordsmanship classes. Very pleased with them.

Good exercise to reinforce ankle for sport. Help to keep balance. Exercise every day

Product does not come with the pump. It is indicated that it does not but I didn't notice it, just letting people know in case they don't see it. Product is great I'm satisfied with it.
