Omg I am so happy to find this color. Sally Beauty used to have a shade called Iris (brand Nail Savvy) and it’s no longer made. It was my all time favorite nail color. But this is the exact same color!!! Couldn’t be happier!

great color. I wear it on my toe nails. With two coats it comes out very dark...almost like wearing black nail polish but in the light it shows a beautiful dark purple....and most important, color lasts a long time on my toes/no chipping. Haven't tried it on my hand nails where polish tends to chip rather quickly.

Looks a bit grey after one coat. But don't despair. The second coat brings it to a really interesting blue, with hints of green, lilac and gold. Quite nice.

I must admit I purchased this shade because of the name. Yes, bad reason to buy any nail polish, but I did it because my son makes films. It was in honor of him. As for the nail polish, from the picture, I thought it was going to be more of a royal blue with a tinge of purple, maybe? Or no purple at all, just that royal blue. Man was I wrong! Essie's No More Film nail polish is a straight up grape purple shade, make no mistake, but not a gawdy purple. To me, it is the shade purple truly is, and trust me I am not a purple fan of purple, but this is a pretty shade. Very complimentary to my hands, which for some reason I have trouble with finding shades that don't get lost in my skin or make my hands look old and feeble. The Essie is formula is very nice, but if I don't use a higher quality top and bottom coat, like Orly Top2Bottom Basecoat and Topcoat In One, it does start to chip within a day or two. I do like that Essie is a 5-free company, meaning they are free of five chemicals that are really unnecessary in nail polish. What I don't like is that they are not a cruelty-free nail polish, and the bush is horrible. It isn't thick nor does it fan out to release the polish as cover as much of the nail plate at once. For me, how the brush works is the ultimate sign of a good nail polish or not. That stems from my days in cosmetology school when they drilled it into our heads to let the brush fan out and then steadily pull towards the end of the nail the polish that was released when the brush fanned. That is truly a personal preference. If you like a thinner, stiffer brush, Essie has exactly what you're looking for.

Essie nail polish goes on great and lasts forever! I'm a nail biter and have been trying hard to stop. Since I love the way my nails look with Essie polish on, I leave them alone. I have tried every kind of polish out there and most chip or peel off within days. Essie is the only one that lasts. I can go at least 2 weeks with it on. So many people thought I had my nails done professionally. I highly recommend this nail polish

I'm a blue nail polish fanatic, first of all. But with my caramel brown skin tone, I am selective in my choices. This one right here is a winner! Though I'm sure it'd look nice on all skin tones, for my brown-skinned ladies, the one is a must-have!

Rarely give reviews but this is shockingly bad. Grey (not blue or lilac), dull, shimmer is more bronze than pink, and doesn’t dry well at all - after 2 hours some had worn off. Added another coat - another 2 hours and I can still easily leave dent marks in it. I’m suspicious as to whether this is even Essie. Don’t waste your money.
