I have a condition that causes me to get dehydrated quite often and this electrolyte product is a game changer. I don't want extra sugar when I'm trying to rehydrate my body and this fits the bill. Tastes like mineral water so I just mix up a glass and chug it down. I no longer experience the mind fog and intense tiredness from dehydration.

Best electrolyte on the market. Seeking Health is an excellent brand. Dr Lynch knows what he’s doing. Gives you amazing energy. No sugar. No flavor except a bit of a pleasant tartness and slightest chalkiness. Easily mixes but have to shake it up a bit occasionally again. Love it with sparkling water and lemon as well.

I was looking for electrolytes with more potassium and without flavors or sweeteners. I am so glad this exists! Even without flavors and sweeteners, it tastes great with a little ice. I appreciate that the single serving packets are easy to open and pour in a drink. I am also so glad it doesn’t have citric acid as an ingredient because 99% of citric acid is made from black mold. I will absolutely continue to buy this as needed.

I'm a huge fan of Seeking Health products and have been buying them for years. This is my first disappointment. It appears that it wasn't sealed properly, as the silver part was stuck in the white lid when I opened it. The container did have a clear plastic ring around it that had to be removed, but as you can see, the product wasn't fully sealed and went bad. The electrolyte powder is molded together and hard as a rock. Amazon says it can't be returned. I've emailed Seeking Health about it and didn't get a response. Not only am I super disappointed to just lose the money with no recourse, I also really needed the product for my health. I invest in this brand because it's such good quality. Incredibly disappointing when there's an issue and no own will help to resolve it. These are expensive supplements!

Not too strong but there is a slight salty taste.

This is the best electrolyte I have tried and it works very well! Not the best tasting and that's perfectly fine by me since hydration is the name of the game.

The only well-balanced supplement I have found that doesn’t have weird chemicals or dyes. And I have looked! We got the no flavor one and put it in a spindrift soda and my child drinks it happily. It has a slight fizz that wears away pretty quickly, but it is an excellent hydrator!

I love how effective this product is and mixes so nicely in water. It doesn’t clump at all. I enjoy flavored electrolytes but sometimes just need a solid unflavored one and this one checks all the boxes for me. Highly recommend if you want to avoid and flavors or sweeteners that others have.
