Mine is well oiled and it weighs approximately 19.4 pounds.

How do you fix separations in a boos cutting board

All wooden cutting board will have separations.... its just a fact of life. Its an easy fix though. Thoroughly clean all gaps of any foreign matter... I use a metal fork. Lay a bead of a good quality wood glue in the gap. Take wooden toothpicks and gently tap into the glue filled gaps until they are filled. Allow to dry. I let mine dry for 24 hours at least. Lightly sand with a fine grit sandpaper (600 to 800 grit works best) Rub the cutting board with a high quality oil until the wood wont take any more oil. Wipe and enjoy!
