Disappointing Quality

I understand this is a refurbished item however I am very disappointed in this product.It has arrived today, and the controller and playstation are filthy. I am dissatisfied in the quality.I paid £400 and would hope for more care regarding the product. I am worried about the product being faulty due to the lack of care taken in its presentation (however this is just my opinion I have already created a return and not tested the product).
