Taking a 'large' sized egg comfortably, depending on the brand, in my experience, this colourful egg cup is sturdy, easy to pick up and stands up well to regular use. Easy to clean, by hand, but also dishwasher safe, just place to avoid water collecting in the underside! The one I received arrived safely, simply wrapped in a piece of bubble-wrap, in a small (unbranded) cardboard box. I LOVE THESE! Holds my Large eggs perfectly and even holds my XL eggs well too! Keeps the eggs warm and holds them so they don't wobble while you spoon out your egg. The "Caribbean Blue" is lovely, because it has slightly darker at the center curve to lighter it is a close match to that "Tiffany Blue", I love using my Leonix "Chirp" pattern dresser bowls to serve them in. Leaves space for discarded shell, won't tip if I am in a hurry, though these are weighty enough to not have tipping bra concern, yet light enough to not aggravate my arthritis. Sturdy too. Yes they can chip, it's ceramic, but they handle my teens (who often don't pay attention) and the dishwasher well. I expect to use these for the rest of my life. Oh and 1 reviewer suggested the use of one cup for her baking toothpicks... I got one just for that! No more foraging for a tester toothpick to see if my baking is done. I also got the green color... it is lovely too. Not 70's green at all, just slightly muted and mossy like, but I like these with my Chirp better. Picture included.

E' un semplice portauovo, anche abbastanza grande perchè un uovo medio poggia sul fondo, però ha un bellissimo colore e il materiale è di qualità. Un accessorio che dona un po di classe alla prima colazione.

Lovely high quality egg cups. The Flame color goes really well with eggs, whether they are still in the shell or have been cracked open. We very much enjoy the look and feel of them.
