Good one... sound quality is good

Took a while to arrive but very well packed with all components protected by bubble wrap. That’s the only good thing about this product. Bought this for a sick person to call for assistance when needed. However the bell box kept ringing on its own without any input and sometimes continuously thus defeating the purpose. This product probably never went through a proper quality check or more likely has a inherent design flaw. Strongly recommend to avoid.

The sound range is good but beep sound comes automatically sometimes with default!

I was tired of replacing cheap wireless bell every year, that was used to notify 1nd floor person from ground floor. Writing after almost 2 years and still working great. No struggle with low battery and unreliable connectivity, this one always works. Though recently the button started getting stuck (mechanical part) little bit but it works ok if pressed straight. overall very happy with this over other wireless option available in market that expect battery power at both the end.
