This has really helped manage eczema flare ups alongside some use of topical steroid. Very moisturizing.

I had dry red patches of skin appearing on my legs and arms. I am very sensitive to so many products so I was worried about trying something new but it is brilliant! Two days and the small dry patches on my arms were gone. Another day and the large area on my legs had also gone. I now only apply it when I notice an area starting to flare up or starting to itch and it calms it down. It has the texture of an emollient cream but it is a bit less oily. I haven’t needed to use it on my face but I don’t think I could apply it all over like my normal day cream. Just on the specific dry patches. It was expensive compared to others creams but you only need a very small amount and the results for me were so worth it. Delivery was a week I think so maybe a bit longer than we are use to now when most places offer next day but I was desperate and it was worth the wait.

Very soothing, lasts a long time and nice pump, the cream goes quite far and feels very hydrating, it has helped me in times where my skin isnt taking in moisture from other moisturisers

Recommended by my dermatologist for my itchy skin but now I use it for everything including face and hands whenever they’re super dry and it’s the only thing that does the job. Also use it for body but it’s too expensive to use it for that regularly.

He estado usando la Avène Xeracalm A.D Crema 400 ml y, en general, estoy bastante contento con ella. La uso especialmente en zonas secas y sensibles como los codos y las piernas después de la ducha, y noto que hidrata de verdad y calma la sensación de picor, algo que no siempre conseguía con otras cremas más ligeras. El envase de 400 ml es grande, así que cunde mucho y no tengo que estar repitiendo la compra cada mes. También la he aplicado por la noche en la espalda y torso cuando mi piel está tirante por el frío, y al despertarme sigue suave y sin descamación. Para mi pareja que tiene piel muy reactiva, también ha sido útil después de la depilación, ya que reduce la irritación sin dejar sensación grasa. En resumen, es una crema muy eficaz para pieles secas y sensibles, con buena capacidad calmante e hidratante, y el tamaño grande resulta muy práctico.
