Lovely anniversary gift
I was looking for a keepsake for my parents Ruby anniversary, this fits the bill perfectly! It came through so quickly I thought at first it may not have been personalised, but was very pleasantly surprised to find it exactly as requested. The presentation box is lovely and makes for very easy gifting.

Glass item, well priced.
Very nice item, reasonably priced, engraved to my specifications perfectly. Was packaged well and dispatch was notified via email and phone message. Would use this seller again. Glass not acrylic so nice weight too. Am sure the recipient's will love it!

Exceptional quality and Service.
I highly recommend this seller due to the outstanding service I received. When the gift arrived damaged due to the delivery company's handling, I contacted the seller. Within an hour, I received a phone call where they apologized and informed me that they would remake the item and expedite the delivery, as I needed it within two days. Upon receipt of the replacement, I was impressed by the exceptional quality of the product. The family members who received the gift for an anniversary were extremely pleased.

Fantastic piece as a Gift.
This is a Fantastic piece, is customisable, with details you specify. (before ordering) Ordered in the evening (17/10), phone call recieved next morning to say engraving had been done and item was ready to be dispatched, recieved morning (19/10), excellent turn around. Gift is as shown in the photo, supplied (your details) engraved, packaged in a lovely box with red satin interior, well worth the money, really impressed, recommended and will be back. A beautiful piece, love it, as I'm sure the recipients will. There is one difference to note, (This does not affect my opinion of this wonderful piece) that I will mention here, the BASE on the piece we recieved is different from the picture shown. The picture shown shows a Beveled edge, the piece we recieved has a Chamfered edge. (picture) Either way, this is a wonderful piece.
