Inflatable Soccer Goal with Ball

The picture of the item looks great - the quality is another story.The item (two goal/ball sets) arrived in good time - on a Monday. I was away on business and arrived home Thursday evening late. Went to inflate two goal and ball sets the following morning (Friday), and found that only one set would hold air. Both the goal and the ball were defective. I contacted the seller the day the package was opened but heard nothing for 72 hours. Recognizing that some organizations have unresponsive customer service, I filed a claim with Amazon.com and - remarkably - received a response from the seller the following morning citing their 48-hour return policy and they were not willing to send out a replacement set or issue partial refund. Very disheartening response from a seller - especially when I had explained in my correspondence that I was not even home within 48 hours of delivery in order to open the package and inspect the item! So little effort made from their customer service department for such a simple request. Obviously, the seller doesn't stand behind the quality of the items they sell - and the effortless response from the seller was simply beyond ridiculous. It is too bad that "oh well" has become all too common from online sellers these days who try to win business by selling cheaper merchandise. Amazon.com generally has high standards for their sellers and I would not be surprised if this seller was removed in the intermediate future.There are other inflatable goal/ball sets available on Amazon.com and other online venues, and I have subsequently found their quality to be superior. For (literally) a couple of dollars more, you can have something for your kids that will last - and the comfort of knowing that it came from a seller who is far more professional.If you are the kind of customer who likes to play it cheap in terms of product quality, then go ahead and roll the dice. However, educated consumers will certainly look elsewhere, especially given the number of competing items that are just as easily available.

stupid cat has put some holes in it but came with a patch kit and has been staying inflated. seams have stayed closed and thats with a 3 and four year old jumping on it... i thought the ball was going to be a real ball but its like a beach ball

I ordered a few of these to have for a soccer theme b-day party. The price and quality were great! ALL the kids enjoyed them and were great props.

What a Great idea as a space saver and if the kids fall into it no one will be hurt by it
