These are great that easy to swallow. I have no side effects and they don’t give you a weird aftertaste.

Good stuff

The omega 3-6-9 fish, flaxseed and borage oil supplements I had been using were nowhere to be found the last time I needed to place an order, so I ordered these. They seem similar, possibly identical, to what I had ordered before. My only issue is that the gel supplements are huge, and hard for me to swallow. I make a protein shake, snip the end off and squeeze the oil contents into the shake and blend. They don't really change the flavor, and it makes it easier for me. As to their effectiveness, it's subjective as are taking most supplements. You do what you think you need, and trust it is working.

These were awful! I wouldn’t have even given 1 star, but I was forced to. When I opened the cellophane seal, then the seal on the top of the container, the vitamins were in one gigantic clump that would not come apart. I tried to pry them apart with a spoon, a knife, and I finally threw a little corn starch in thinking maybe they just needed something to “loosen” them up. Nothing worked at all, those things were fused together for life! I pitched them into the trash, and I will never order these again. I did not take a picture, but it wouldn’t have helped, to be honest.
