I ordered the lemon. The taste was too strong for me so I use a half scoop in 16;oz water and add some lemon juice. Now tastes great. Not sure about effectiveness only have been using two days

This tastes amazing, and is a great combo with the lemon crush electrolytes from ghost. BCAAs are commonly labeled as a “scam” or “useless” so we will see if the effects are as advertised.

Best bcaas ever

This is great tasting, non-stimulant. This is less a "pre-workout" drink and more a sugar free sport drink. If you find yourself feeling tired or dehydrated mid workout try this out!

These BCAAs really help me with muscle recovery. It’s definitely effective and worth the money. I usually get the orange flavor but this one is way better!

El producto está bien y fué entregado a tiempo. A mi me da sabor a fresa-sandía 😹 No me desagradó, pero… creo que prefiero el de uva ¡ojalá vendieran el de strawbango en esta presentación! Igual está muy bien por el precio.
