Prep was a breeze

It's a dry rub and comes with easy instructions.
I really like their seasonings. They come with mixing directions and a shaker for the seasoning. I've tried a couple of the flavors and find them very good. It is a dry rub.

Outstanding Seasoning
As a first timer using a jerky gun, the instructions were perfect,,, I'll add some of my own spices on the next one including the remainder of this kit. Kit can do up to 15lbs of meat. I did 5.5lbs and followed measuring instructions. Came out very good. I would buy this product again.
