As someone with curly hair, I was devastated when my old hairdresser went out in a blaze of glory and let out sparks. However, all was not lost! I got this hairdryer and it was been marvellous! It's nice and quiet and it dries my hair very nicely with no frizz. The diffuser is great and the long prongs mean it gets right to the roots. This is way cheaper than a lot of hairdryers on the market for desperate curlies and it works brilliantly.

Amazing hairdryer, very powerful, looks great as well. A bit on a heavy side but it makes it feel like a high quality bit of kit. Comes with 3 nozzles- regular, quick dry and nozzle for wavy finish. Standard buttons: 3 settings for air flow, 3 settings for heat and cool air button (press and hold while drying). Well happy and great price as well... looks amazing in rose gold finish :) *UPDATE AFTER FEW USES* I don’t have to straight my hair any more! My old hairdryer use to leave my hair frizzy close to my roots and I had to use straightener after (I have some highlights in my hair and quite dry texture). Now after drying my hair (and using heat protect) my hair is very smooth and feels amazing! Very healthy and shiny as well! So happy with this purchase :)

I researched hair dryers for curly hair (type 3b) and 2 hair dryers came up. This panasonic one and the Remington Keratin Protect which is cheaper and a longer warranty. I bought the Remington and hated it as the heat setting was either too cold or too hot. I returned it and bought the Panasonic. This hair dryer is the bomb! The heat settings are numerous and gradual! No damaging your hair! It quite light weight and the diffuser is a big-ish surface area, meaning less time drying! Overall, great hair dryer! I would recommend it to all my ladies/men with curly hair!

I spent so long looking through reviews for a new hairdryer, wondering whether or not to get the much more pricey dyson one or the ghd one... after a few months of using this every other day I can happily report that I made the right choice. As someone with overly thick long and frizz prone hair I find this a really good primer before straightening/curling my hair smoothly, and in record time! I have managed to get one section of my hair to hairdressing blow drying standards by using this dryer, so it is possible if you have the skill/dexterity to get that shiny smooth effect all over, even with unruly hair. The hot setting is very hot, probably not great for the finer haired folk, the dryer is about as weighty and cumbersome as any other hairdryer I’ve ever owned, the cord is long enough unlike a lot of dryers, and it’s as noisy as you’d expect from a dryer.

I am very happy with this hair dryer. It dries my hair quickly but leaves it feeling soft and silky unlike my previous dryer which made it appear dull. It is a little heavier but manageable. I bought it in the sale, a great buy.
