Power Pic Reach

This thing is very well designed and built to last, it feels like. I only used it once so far. You do need a separate shutoff to turn it on and off but I have one on the hose anyway, so it's no problem for me. It worked brilliantly for blasting water through the filter from the inside out. I may buy a second just to have as a backup. I am very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it.

This seems durable and works well

This is a great addition to the Filter Floss cleaning tool, however I wouldn't buy it alone. I purchased the Filter Floss as the primary cleaning tool which is more powerful and cleans the Spa filter from the outside, which is how I start the cleaning process. The Power Pic compliments the cleaning process by cleaning from the inside of the filter and loosening debris stuck deep in the filter crevices, and follow up once more with the Filter Floss for an awesome clean.

Item description should make clear that this is useless without a handle that's only sold with other items. I haven't had a chance to test it yet as I'm waiting for a handle but I'm excited to try it out

Just what I needed!

It’s a little hard to get use to but I love it.The head is big for reaching all the way back but I manage it.

Of course the manufacturing quality of the item it very good. The functionality of the item is a different story. Upon arrival I pulled my dirty pool filter out and proceed to clean it with this item. It did a great job getting off the dirty from the very surface of the filter the but nothing between the pleats even when I manually spread them apart with my free hand. I also attempted to spray from the center of the filter with little to no effect. After no more dirty water appeared to flow from the filter, I switched back to my older sprayer that I purchased as my local pool supply company and dirt started to flow from the filter again this time cleaning between the pleats until the filter was almost new. My suggestion is skip this sprayer and find one that has less holes to increase the pressure and blast the dirty out of your filter far better than this product.Probably great for watering the landscape or playing with your kids on a hot day but not useful for a pleated pool filter.

I bought this and the filter flosser at the same time. I used both on my large cartridge filter that was covered in algae. The power pic was MUCH more efficient cleaning than the Filter Flosser. It had several times more pressure and the streams were much better at removing the algae. I will never use the Flosser again. This is a must have for those of us who maintain our own pools.
