Great flour worth the price

It is absolutely amazing! I have a gluten sensitivity and I've been looking for gluten flour that doesn't hurt my stomach and this flour is perfect, it makes bread so soft and yummy.

I have gluten issues and when I was told by a friend that this will not make me have a reaction..I was sold. True to my friends word, this flour from Italy causes no breakouts or allergic reactions. It also makes better bc it's ground so fine. 10/10 best flour EVER!

My wife’s hair dresser and his business partner who have a salon here and one in Italy they spilt time at, invited us over for dinner and they were making homemade pasta. When I asked why this flour they said this is what they use at home in Italy for authentic pasta they learned from grandma. The pasta was Amazing, loved how they insisted this was the proper flour for fresh pasta and I Agree.

I have bought Caputo from this seller many times. However, I had a very unpleasant experience with this order. I ordered the flour in February of 2023. I put all bags into the freezer inside of freezer bags as soon as I received them. I opened one of the bags 4 months after receipt. The expiration date on the bag was still 4 months away. This bag of flour was filled little winged with bugs. I emailed SimplyBeautiful and told them about my experience. Here is their response: “Hello I am sorry but this order was placed in Feb, 2023. As per amazon policy we cannot deal with any issues after 7 days of gorcery” I am a repeat customer with Simply Beautiful and I rarely leave a negative review. But, I will not purchase from them again.

Fantastic flavor.. just like the real pizzerias use. People are always amazed by the taste & texture …I really have no desire to switch to anything else!
