Crazy over rice noodles.??.. Then this is it .
I generally use the Anil Rice vermicelli.. which is I like a lot. I saw this on Amazon and ordered many times. So thought of writing a review. If you are having second thoughts, then don't. It is really very good. It doesn't stick to one other, and doesn't melt very easily unlike other vermicelli. Boil it is water and use as per your recipe. Definitely healthy over maida noodles. Price wise felt little costly. But definitely worth trying.😊

Not as good as Corncord (which I am unable to get anywhere in this quarantine period) but serves the purpose. The pack says you can use it directly. I would recommend soaking it in warm to hot water for a while before use. Else, it becomes a bit chewy
