The Complete C. S. Lewis Signature Classics: Boxed Set

they are good books classics, and I’ll have a lot of good points in them. I had to really think a lot cause a lot of terms that I’m not used to hearing.

C.S. Lewis is one of the best authors ever, when it comes to common sense, powerful insights into the spiritual conditions of man, and the bottom line on God’s love for man. Plus, he has a tremendous sense of humor that informs us of our own fragile lives. I’ve read him for 5 decades and honestly, I just bought the package set again, because Lewis is one of the best writers I know and continues to help me get real with my thought life and my spiritual journey. For years I hoarded books, like the whole gamut of thought. It was like a map of my ever changing mind. Now my library holds only a few books, but each one is a treasure of truths and is timeless.

I’ve just started the first book but this bundle is a great value. I love it so far and look forward to reading them all.

CS Lewis never fails to deliver well thought out subjects to “Widen the Horizons” of ones’ mind... The Chronicles Of Narnia is an example. He, sometimes is not easy to understand but I’ve found with reading, thinking, re-reading that his subtle messages form, enlarge, and enlighten into adaptable messages for these times. I challenge people to read CS Lewis as someone for whom they shall never tire but grow more eager for similar writers such as George MacDonald, the Scottish Minister, who so influenced CS Lewis’ entire life. CS Lewis leads one into depths of Christian Theology that greatly enhances the Illumination Of The Love Of God toward Humankind, revealing our transitory temporal lives as really always being Heavenwardly bound... he shows that worldy nature tragedy & human suffering is a state of being in a world separated from God... that God, through Christ, has restored Accepting Humans, professing Christ, into His fold & that those not professing Christendom May still be close to God if they practice the attributes of a Kind, Loving, Merciful, & Good God. The more they practice the more the Reflection Of God shines through them & that it is left to God to judge those people & we shall not. Those attributes of Goodness, Kindness, Mercy & Love we never retain but realize they always reside in God who channels them through the receptive vessel.

CS Lewis is one of the greats. If you have not read his wonderful books you should. They will stretch your intellect and grow your understanding all the while entertaining you.

This was a Christmas gift for my niece who loves to read and she was very excited to have these books as a set.

He loves it! He’s 16 yrs old & he specifically requested these books as he’s interested in the writings of CS Lewis which he’s studying via Hillsdale College video courses.

just like the photo. makes a great gift for any christian or anyone interested in the works. It is decent value for all the books. nice soft covers make it comfortable to read. highly recomment

Fantastic set of books

They're veeery thin paperbacks but I guess you get what you pay for. Personally, I’m okay with it because I got them all for a good price and I will take very good care of them of course. I got a book with a tiny dent but it’s okay. Arrived 1 day before expected.

Apart from Narnia, I had never read any of CS Lewis" works - this collection is a wonderful introduction to a lovely and complex man - would make a great gift.
