Huge upgrade from the earlier versions...and I was happy with those as well...until this version! Superior to any other fitness, sleep, and health tracker. So much better than the Apple watch as well...at a much more reasonable cost, much more comfortable...with a much better battery life than the Apple watch! Also more comfortable to sleep in, therefore getting more accurate sleep data. I am a complete Oura fan. It has changed my life for the better. It has helped me sleep better, handle stress better, become more fit. The Oura advisor is also amazing...spot on advice based on it's analysis of my data. I recommend this ring to every adult of all ages!! A must have.

Oura completely knocked it out of the park with the Ring 5. I have been looking for comprehensive health tracking that doesn't feel obtrusive, and this miniaturized design is exactly what was needed. ​Here is why I highly recommend the size 8 Black model: ​Barely-There Comfort: They aren't kidding about it being the "world's smallest." At 40% slimmer than previous generations, it makes a massive difference in daily wear. I can actually wear it comfortably while weightlifting without it digging into my fingers or throwing off my grip. ​Incredible Durability: The black titanium finish is sleek, and the upgraded PVD coating is surprisingly tough. Despite heavy daily wear and regular gym sessions, it has held up flawlessly without picking up frustrating scratches. ​Pinpoint Accuracy: The new 12-pathway sensors are incredibly precise. Love Love Love this ring! Love the new small design and sleekness to it. Costly but so worth it. Connects well with phone and is so lightweight I forget about it. Looks so real. They really did a great job with this one. Extremely satisfied with this gold finish and how well it performs.

I had the Oura Ring 4 and after almost a year and a half, it started to not hold a charge for more than a couple of days. I ordered the sizing kit and then ordered the ring in size 12 Stealth (keep in mind the sizing on the Oura Ring 5 is different than it is for the Oura Ring 4, so if you're upgrading, you do need to order the sizing kit (which is credited towards the purchase of the Oura 5). The new ring seems more accurate and precise, it's much smaller which makes it more comfortable than the 4. I also feel that the all titanium construction is more robust than the last version. I bought the Stealth version and after a couple of weeks it's showing no signs of any scratches. I also think it looks better, I wore the 4 on my right index finger and that's the same finger I'm wearing the 5 on. It looks better and, again, is more comfortable. This is an expensive solution for a ring but it's discreet, has seems to be able to read more vitals, and is more accurate. It seems to communicate with the app on my iPhone with more frequent updates. The battery life is fantastic, I got seven full days on a charge. I'm about to take a two week road trip and I also bought the charging case I'm pretty confident that I'll be covered.

I love that it can track sleep, heart rate, daily activity, recovery levels, and other wellness data all from a single app. I also find it very convenient that it's water-resistant and has several days of battery life. Initial setup was simple, and the app looks very comprehensive, with easy-to-understand information and tools to help create healthier habits. I'm excited to start using it and discover everything it can bring to my daily routine. This is my third Oura Ring, and I’ve been wearing Oura for over six years. This newest model is much smaller, lighter, and more comfortable to wear. So far, I haven’t experienced any data issues with the new release. Unfortunately, the photo doesn’t really show the size difference. The battery life isn’t amazing, but it’s acceptable for everything the ring tracks, and it charges quickly. After wearing it for about a week, I’ve found I need to charge it every three days, which is a little more often than Oura advertises. I’d love to see Oura offer this smaller size in the beautiful ceramic colors they released for a short time. It does an excellent job tracking steps, sleep, and heart rate. If you’re thinking about getting one, I highly recommend it. Mine stays on my finger just like my wedding ring… it rarely comes off.

I own an Oura ring 4 and wanted a second ring that was a size larger for summer for when my fingers swell. My 4 is a ceramic mint colored ring and is comfortably worn on my right ring finger. I purchased an Oura ring 5 (stealth) and was blown away as soon as I opened the package. It is so small. The with is amazing. The thickness is about the size of my wedding ring. I really don’t even know that I am wearing it. I was able to connect it very simply. I can switch between the two rings at will. The finish appears durable. I have a feeling that I will be wearing the Oura ring 5 much more than the Oura ring 4. It is HSA/FSA eligible so the cost wasn’t an issue for me. However, I would have purchased it anyway.

This is my first Oura ring so I can’t really compare to the previous versions first hand but will share my thoughts so far! I was surprised with how lightweight this one is (not in a good way..) but when looking at reviews on the older Oura rings apparently that’s better because they were too heavy, thick, etc. In my opinion it does feel very cheap HOWEVER the comfort and functions of this ring are VERY impressive! I’d give it a chance if your first reaction was like mine being that it feels cheap and not worth the price tag because after seeing all the functions and feedback it gives, it’s worth it and way better than an Apple Watch. (Plus taking into consideration it’s not a solid metal ring so it is going to be more lightweight. ) The app is easy, accurate and informative! Highly recommend this!

It's a really good ring with a pack of reliable functions; however, build quality-wise, especially the outer paint has lots of marks, which I don't like!!

I can't stand wearing rings but I can wear this one 24/7.
