Do these have a boy short bottom or control top? Or are they high waisted like regular fishnets?

They have a one inch band at the top. They aren’t boy shorts or control top. The fishnet goes all the way up to the elastic band.

Do these have enough elastic to stay up, or do you have to keep pulling them up?

Hello, these tights have an elastic waistband.

Will the snake style of the right be restocked soon?

You'll have to contact the manufacturer directly to see when they will be back in stock.
