Duwee Deluxe Ironing Board Padding Only,10mm Thicken Felt Padding

I have had the same ironing board and pad for 30+ years. The original padding was so flat and thin that the metal grid from the ironing board was showing thru onto the iron surface of my clothes. I had no idea how much easier it would be to iron with a new thick, cushiony ironing board pad. Not only is it easier and much quicker to iron, the finished product looks The pad can be measured and trimmed to fit your own existing ironing board. I swept my floor, laid out the wool pad on the floor, opened my ironing board with the legs extended and the board flat again the floor, used a Sharpie to outline the edges of the board, and cut to measure SLIGHTLY INSIDE the outline I had drawn. I used heavy duty kitchen scissors for cutting. I definitely recommend this product. While there are lots of similar products, at much higher prices, the Duwee was less than $20 bucks. Some of the quilter emporiums price their covers at $50 to $125.

Really Really fluffy and there is a lot of it. The pad is nice and thick and I can tell that it is going to last forever. It took a bit of cutting, but I had no problems fitting it to the cover that didn't come with one. The material is of a nice quality of felt and made my pad nice and extra tight. I have no complaints.

This ironing board liner is simple but effective. It prevents the pattern from the metal ironing board from coming through onto your clothes. It’s made of thick pressed felt. Instead of cutting it to mimic the tapered end, I simply wrapped the felt around the tapered end and slid my ironing board cover over the top. Simple product, performs just how you’d want… Made of felt without any artificial fillers or cheap additives.

Edit on this review: Duwee customer service is on point - they saw my review and gave me a full refund because I was unhappy. I will get good use from the pad, and impressed that they cared whether I'm happy, so I'm choosing to change the review from two stars to four. Apparently Duwee is sticking to their statement that the material is cotton. I don't think it is - but I would still recommend the ironing board pad anyway. .... I bought this pad two years ago and have been using it. It's been fine. Had gotten flattened out, though, with use, as you might expect. So I bought another. I noticed it's a bit less dense, thick, and stiff than the one I bought in 2022 (of which I still had a remnant that wasn't compressed). Also it's not cut quite straight. Still big enough for my ironing board, so no biggie. This time, though - I also bothered to check the material with a flame test. It's synthetic. So is the first one I bought. The product description says it's 100% cotton, but it's not. It works for the intended purpose - but I feel a bit ripped off.

My old ironing board cover had gone thin, could feel the board. Recovered it with this, put a new stretch pad on top of that, and PRESTO! It's WONDERFUL. Smooooth glide.

My ironing board is like the one pictured. When ironing with my old pad and cover, the square pattern of the ironing board would get pressed into the fabric I was ironing. The Duwee Delux Ironing Board Pad is 10 mm thick almost half an inch and the extra dense felt material gives me a solid base to iron on. No longer does the ironing board's square pattern transfer through. Measure your board to get the right size. The pad is easy to cut.

Adds a good layer of padding to iron board. It’s quite thick so you won’t be disappointed. Difficult to cut though so make sure you have sharp scissors or knife.

This ironing board felt pad is easy to cut with good quality scissors and seems thick enough to do the job. It was bought to augment the rather thin pad on my new table top ironing board. It is (as stated) quite dense so a bit fiddly to get the top cover back over without the pad moving but (with perseverance) once in place, the pad seems to stay in place whilst ironing and provides a smooth ironing surface - no more clothes with a diamond pattern! Not a cheap pad but the quality shows.
