Great sound, great support
This is a mixed review of an overall very good product. I don't know how they will stand up to use, but I'm going to keep them and find out. First the good: The sound quality of these earbuds is excellent. If you think differently you aren't fitting them in your ears properly. This style of earbud is meant to make an airtight seal in your ear canal. If you can hear outside sound AT ALL, you are doing it wrong, and the sound will be tinny and muted. I promise if you get a good seal you will get good sound. I have audiophile ears. I can nitpick: there is a very faint, very high frequency noise, but it's unlikely anyone will notice that unless they listen for it or use a frequency analyser. There is a tiny bit of muddiness on some of the low frequency sounds, but again, I doubt anyone would notice. To my ear the bass is a bit overdriven from the recordings, but it's closer to what people want to hear, so I understand why the sound is balanced that way. Over all the sound quality is excellent. They are sharp and clear and beautifully reproduce my reference recordings with good dynamic range and accurate reproduction, other than the overdriven bass. I have paid far more for gear that didn't image sound this well. I've used earbuds for decades -- I <3 my Etymotics. But wires- feh. I've been hoping they would find their way to a wireless solution, and have given up. My Ety's still have slightly better sound clarity-- just a bit sharper, no high frequency hiss, properly leveled bass-- but for 4x the price I would hope they would be better! Also excellent is the customer service from Panomi. I have hard to fit ears, which is what sent me off looking for off-brand earbuds. Airpods are a joke. I've tried several other brands that belonged to friends and they fall right out of my ears. Frankly, the deciding factor for me with these were the reviews that mentioned the company sending out a variety of ear tips for folks who couldn't get a good fit with the standard tips. True to the reviews, when I had a hard time with fit and reached out they immediately sent me replacements. I had them in less than a week, and they solved the fit problem. They are far more comfortable than I had anticipated wireless earbuds would be. They stay put and I don't notice the bulk or weight at all. Now the mixed: There are occasional bluetooth dropouts, but I haven't found them problematic. if I sit still with nothing but air between my phone and the buds they do fine. If there's something dense between the phone and the buds, it gets a little glitchy. This is endemic to the current state of bluetooth tech, though, so I don't fault the device. The case doesn't fully close with the replacement eartips in. I have a hair elastic around it to hold it closed, and that doesn't the job. Without it, the buds don't charge, and the case would open and dump them out in my purse. Since they aren't the tips that were designed for the case, though, I don't fault the mfg for that. Overall, I recommend this product. If I have problems with them I will update.

CALL QUALITY
So these sound just like regular headphones. I actually own Bose Soundsport wireless headphones to compare these to. They can actually get much louder than the Bose, but can't match the bass but really not bad at all for the price. They pair so nicely with my phone, instantly and are very reliable and stay charged all day. The case is great. Can't say enough good about these for the price. I would honestly buy these over bose headphones in the future too because my bose have just fallen apart over the last year and im confident that these headphones will stay in good condition. Now the reason the title of my review is CALL QUALITY is because everyone has been docking many stars for the quality of phone calls because the microphones are located on the buds themselves so they aren't catching your voice well. So that IS true, if you try using them for a phone call with both buds in your ears the person on the phone with you will not hear a word of what you're saying. So you have to take one of your buds out and hold it closer to your mouth. I WOULD dock a star or two for that but realistically what bluetooth 5.0 headphones on the market right now that have this kind of quality of life features such as the portable battery case and instant hassle free pairing, with the ability to use your headphones individually are out there? You tell me, because I don't think it exists in this price range. I'm quite happy to take 1 bud out for a phone call (Trust me, these can be LOUD if you want them to be, so 1 is fine), and just aiming it to your mouth? You can still hands free it if you set the bud down in front of you so your voice still aims at the microphone. Hope this review helps, and if you were apprehensive about the call quality for any reason, this was most definitely the reason they were complaining in their reviews, and maybe they cared a lot about having to hold one of their buds out or maybe they just never thought to do what I'm talking about. The call quality is crystal clear and great when you do this.

Does what it's supposed to do
I really like these earbuds. They fit well in my ears and they have great sound quality. I use them mainly for music but I have also taken phone calls on them and it works great - whenever I use them the person I'm speaking with always says they can't tell I'm not using my phone like usual and I can hear the other person well, too. I don't have to speak at a louder volume to be heard well, either. I wear them mainly at work to listen to music so I wish the charge would last longer, but it does last for about 3 or 4 hours like it said so I can't be mad about it since it was something I hadn't thought about when buying. Noise cancellation isn't superb, like walking down the street you can still hear everything, but I work in an office where people are on the phones and talking most of the time, and I found it cancels out normal conversation pretty well. The only thing that is a bit annoying is you can tap on the earbuds to pause the music or turn them off, which is convenient, but it is a bit finicky and it's difficult sometimes to hit in the right spot to stop the connection. It can be touchy, too, so if I take one earbud off and touch it the wrong way it pauses the other earbud. I haven't used them running yet but walking with them outside it did skip a bit -- I don't know if that's my phone or the wind or the earbuds, but something to keep in mind. I also wish that I could double tap them or something to skip to the next song -- not necessarily a deal breaker but just something I would want in the future. Overall I recommend them -- they work well and do what they're supposed to do. I got the white and they're really cute, doesn't look big, and sounds great.

Great for music, minor limitations around TV use
Pros: - Excellent Sound, good bass - Decent max volume - Adjusting volume up or down by long pressing either ear is a pro and a con as it may only work on certain devices. I lost volume control when paired to BT transmitters (i tried trond and aventree) - Simple pairing - Good sound isolation with largest ear tips - Latency paired to my Samsugn QLED through built-in BT is on point. Netflix had no visable lipsync delay, and twitch video test on youtube looked sub 20ms. - Paired to an iphone or imac, latency is hardly noticable. Based on the youtube audio sync tests, I’d say under 80ms. Still noticable, but I can live with it. Cons: - Minor cutouts when paired to new Samsung QLED. Seemed to be remote control related, so some sort of signal interferance there. - No volume control when paired to trond or aventree bluetooth transmitters. So whetever volume level it decides, I assume max??? No idea. That is kind of a bummer. Since it was optical out on my TV, you cannot adjust volume at source. If you want volume control at source when paired to a bluetooth transmitter, you need a bt transmitter that plugs into a stereo out of the TV. My LG did not have this. My Samsung does but I dont need a device there because it has built in BT. So this is a bad limitation for TV watchers using these devices. - Latency is pretty standard here for SBC. If you pair to your older TV or a bluetooth extender, I am seeing like 250ms of latency. Even with new aptx ll transmitters, still bad lag. So these dont support aptx. My LG can actually do negative lip sync, and I can get this in the 160ms range using that feature. It works well enough, but dont expext aptx low latency sub 50ms numbers.

Great ear buds for listening to music are podcast etc.
I purchased these to replace my LG tone kneckband Bluetooth earbuds. These things work very well. I use 1 at a time and work construction in all different climates as I travel all over the United States. My LG didn't make it through the sweat and humidity in South East Texas. I purchased these specifically for the water resistance advertised. I have found they don't have any issues with sweat and I carry the case that charges them in my pocket. I work in 100+ degree temperature and 80% humidity climates and these held up. I use 1 at a time and switch when the one being used dies. I work 10 hour days and listen to music and podcast for roughly 7 hours of the day. I went a whole week working Monday to Saturday and I still do not have to charge the case as it is at 2 lights which the manual states is either 30-60% battery left. These have very good sound and bass for a Bluetooth earbuds. They also have great range before the connection cuts out. I walked 70ft away from my phone which they were connected to and they still were playing my music. Beyond that they did lose the connection. My conditions for that test was open commercial roof with no obstacle in-between the earbuds and my phone. I highly recommend these. They are not the most comfortable earbuds I have had but they aren't the worst either. I do have one gripe. They have a touch sensore on each earbud and when I am talking on the phone if I touch the sensore while trying to adjust the bud in my ear it will end the call. Other than that they are awesome for listening to music. They will let you know through audio that they need to be charged. I get around 3-3.5 hours listening to music strait before I have had to charge them in the case. The case does have a USB plug so you can charge your phone with a cord and use it as a portable battery charger. I did not test that function out but it does work. I cannot say how fast it charges the phone as I haven't needed to use it. Pros: ear buds last 3hrs together with full charge of continuous music playing Sound quality is good for Bluetooth. Bass is noticable as is treble. If using 1 at a time while the other charges they lasted me more than a week with 7 hours average per day listening. Case can charge your phone with the built in USB out connection. Fit for me is comfortable granted I only use 1 bud at a time and switch ears when it dies and needs charged. The microphone for phone calls is clear and you can talk in your normal tone. Cons Touching the touch sensor while adjusting the earbud during a phone call ended the call.

Jldab Jbuds are the better bet.
So I ended up buying two sets of these Pasonomi earbuds and both sets broke. The first set started off working fine and after a month or so the bluetooth function starting going out intermittently between the earbuds and their connection to the phone. Basically my music was cutting out enough to where I said "screw it I'll buy another set." The sound quality was nice and the touch feature on the earbuds of selecting forward, back, pause, etc. was something that I liked, therefore I opted to click "buy again". The second set that I bought ended up having charging issues out of the box. They worked for about a week until they started not charging, or randomly turning on and staying on until they died. They became too much of a pain in the rear to use so I said "screw it with these time to buy a different brand." I ended up picking up the Jlab Jbuds off Amazon, which are about the same price as the Pasonomi's. They are great quality and work really well with no issues. The main battery they charge from is great too; so much so that after three months of no use they still were fully charged with a full battery in the case. Finding that out prompted me to write this review. Yee be warned about the Pasonomi earbuds. By the way I opted to buy another set of Pasonomi's because even though they are under warranty, they're manufactured in China and their instructions are a bit confusing. Also you have to pay for the shipping both ways so it was easier to buy another pair.

Great Product
These are really good earbuds. Especially for the price paid. I have used them for a week straight now-every day. I got them because I need them for work, as I am always on the move and a drive too. I only use one, for when I drive, and it has never fallen out. I wanted earbuds that would stick in my ear and I am pretty sensitive to what kind of bud I can have. Most other types of earbuds will not stick well in my ear ( I believe my ear canal is smaller than average), until I discovered these. I love that they are wireless too. The wire would usually help to pull the bud out when moving my head, so these eliminate that problem. I like that their are multiple sizes to fit any ear and they stick! These earbuds are also designed to fit the shape of your ear. I can use these, on a full charge, for at least 5 hours straight. That is the most I have used them for, so far. Also, the box they are stored in is a charging device as well. I have not yet had to charge that box and it's been a full week that I have used them. I am really impressed with that. I guess the only thing that I could say that is somewhat negative about this ( and this is a personal opinion, not a product negative ) is the color choice that I MADE. I picked white as I just thought it would blend in better than black...maybe not be so noticeable, like when driving. However, with white, I have two different people ask me what was in my ear, as it seemed too odd and big to them. One asking if I had a cotton ball in my ear. Somewhat annoying at first, but something I guess you can get used to. I would choose black, if I could do over. Again, this is a personal preference and nothing to do with the functionality of this product. So far, a GREAT product for me!

Apple quality and functionality without the high price!
I am very much impressed with my new PASONOMI TW5 X9 wireless Bluetooth earphones! I’ve been wanting a pair of wireless buds for awhile, but a decent pair have been too pricey for my budget until now. Also, my ears can’t tolerate larger or bulkier earbuds - these are the first ones I’ve tried that actually fit comfortably and stayed put without hurting my ear after 15 minutes. Pasonomi provides 3 different sizes of the ear tips to choose from. I love it when manufactures pay attention to small but important details like this to make their product stand out in quality. The same attention to detail is evidenced in Pasonomi’s packaging, which is sleek and professional - it reminds me of Apple’s packaging, but in black instead of white. As for the sound, they aren’t noise canceling which I prefer because I like to be more aware of my surroundings, yet they offer a full robust sound that is awesome for my music, as well as crystal clear sound for my audiobooks. They are also super easy to use, once they are paired. That said, forget the “Quick Start” section of the users manual and skip to “Connecting and Pairing” for the clearest directions for pairing. Another wonderful thing about these earbuds is the intuitiveness and ease of use: One simple tap of a finger on the side of a bud to play, another tap to pause; two taps on the left earbud will move you to the previous track; two taps on the right bud will move you to the next track, etc. These are, hands down, the easiest earphones I’ve ever used, as I’m not feeling for a button I can’t see in an attempt to answer a call or pause a track. I can even activate Siri by holding down a tap for two seconds. Excellent purchase!
