50/50 Chance, but good overall.
I ordered 2 bags; one for Christmas, and one for my birthday. The first bag from Christmas came in a glittery gold bag, and there looked to be more than 100 coins, though I didn't count. Out of that bag, I got very good coins; including a 1920 Zanzibar coin (horrible condition), an unknown dated British penny (the bigger kinds, seemed to be a 1800's era one) that was also in bad condition. The best out of that bag, though, was the 1942 1 franc in great condition and worth about $10-50. I also got a variety of coins from around the world, with a little influence on Brazilian coins. That bag, all in all, was great. The second bag wasn't as much. It came in a velvet bag as shown in the cover picture of the product, in 2 seperate plastic bags that looked to hold around 25 coins each. These bags were not good. There was too many British pennies and Euro coins. I was ok with the Euro coins, but most of them turned out to be French, although there was a Luxembourgish one. Other than the Euro and British pennies, I got a decent variety. There was a Tongan coin, a Bahamian coin, and a Ghanaian coin, along with an East Caribbean States quarter. I would recommend buying this bag overall, as you will get coins from many countries as shown (about 50-60 countries per bag). However, it is a 50/50 chance of having old dates and few duplicates.

Great coins
Great collection and just what I needed for a new project. Thank you.

Neat gift, but expect duplicates.
Expect duplicates! I have 41 of one coin, 14 of another, and 5 of another. It’s a neat gift, but with almost half of my order being the same coin, I don’t know if it’s worth it. I also can’t identify some of the coins, either due to fading or their countries name is not on it. I included a picture of the twin of the other 40 coins; if someone could identify this country, please let me know. It would be nice if a “cheat sheet” was included so we can have some idea as to what country’s coin I am holding. For these reasons (mainly the fact that I got some many duplicates), I cannot give this too great of a review.

Good value for what you get.
I don't think I got one double. Too many Asian (low value) coins but still worth it. I was quite happy. Even got one from Lithuania! My first one.

I love collecting foreign coins and trying to get them from ...
I love collecting foreign coins and trying to get them from as many destinations as possible. I was very satisfied with my first experience. The 100 coin set I received had a good variety of coins, some new, some old. All of them were coins, no tokens of any sort, which was great. I look forward to sorting these out and putting them into a book. :) The only issue I'd say about this product, is that the coins are pretty dirty. After looking at all 100 coins, I had black fingers and felt pretty grimy. There were only 2-3 coins I really couldn't identify as they were faded or had something stuck them. These issues are not something that would deter me from purchasing this again. I love the surprise and will definitely be ordering again to see what else I get! :) Thank you so much!

Best purchase in a while
I am in love! The variety that came with these is amazing. I got coins from all over the world. As a gift to myself, I have enjoyed sorting and adding these to my collections. There were a great price, couldn’t all for more!! The coins were not fruity or super worn.

Impressed
Very surprised by the range of coins (countries/years). Much better than I expected after reading some bad reviews.

Lack of Variety and Excessive Duplicates Ruin Potential
This coin grab bag had a lot of potential, featuring some surprisingly clean and old coins, with one even dating back to the late 1800s. However, the significant lack of variety and an overwhelming number of duplicates ultimately overshadowed those few quality items. Here’s a breakdown of the experience: The Canadian Penny Problem: Roughly one-third of the entire bag consisted of Canadian pennies, many of which were duplicates. This felt like an obvious, cheap tactic to quickly stuff the bag with low-cost, minimal-value coins. Based on the price paid, roughly $8 covered about 30 cents in Canadian change alone. Beyond the Pennies: The problem wasn't limited to the pennies. I received several other duplicate years of different coin types. While some duplicates are expected in a grab bag, this volume was excessive and felt excessive. That said, there was a decent variety of countries represented in the bag. A "Token" Effort: To add insult to injury, the bag even included a single Pachinko token instead of an actual coin. Overall, the frustration over the minimal variety and the obvious "filler" coins significantly overtakes any excitement from the few genuinely interesting pieces I received. It's a disappointing value for the cost.
