I seen one of my employees using this so I had to grab one though I’ll probably rarely use it. It comes in clutch as I have adjusted doors already with it. I prefer using the wrench method over opening the door. I think if you’re a beginner the method of choice should be the wrench. Make sure you buy a good large wrench for commercial doors. Plenty of videos on YouTube that show how to use it I recommend watching those before attempting and assessing the situation you have as they are all unique and different. If you have an existing closure it may need adjustment as well

I ordered this tool after seeing a contractor use it when we called him in to repair one of our sagging doors. After spending much time trying to shim door hinges to stop them from sticking I thought it was worth a try. I received it over the weekend and tried it this morning. It took about 2 minutes and I no longer had a sticky door.

Great tool, poor case. Damaged in shipping, I couldn't imagine it would hold up much better in my truck boxes. For the price of the tool they could provide a better case. Just my opinion, still left 5 stars!

Being they are aluminum i am not sure of their long term durability. The Black one works fine on a 4 1/2 inch hing.
