Are these now made of steel? The 1/4" stripped pretty easily. Can i buy just the 1/4" inch line holder. Cal van wont answer me back

My 3/16 stripped out and I'm just returning the whole set because it is junk.

This question is for the manufacture....i have this cal - van flaring kit but the 3/16 tubing square keeps stripping . can u warranty me that part ?
