I get serious acid reflux when I take it. I’m not sure if it helps to reduce the gallbladder sludge either since the pain is still there even after taking for several weeks. Not sure how long do I need to take it for it to start to work.

When I first took it , i got relieved i felt my peristalsis working again so my bowel movement's but again like every other normal meditation i feel when my body got use to it there is no effect anymore or reduced effect i can say so i said okay let me take one more pill so i took three then , i vomited bile !!! For real , so im not sure about what to say but dont exceed above two as mentioned, I’ll give it some time maybe when im back on it ill find the same effect again
