Must have if you have twins! I had breastfeed my son, so when I was expecting twins, I figured that I would be able to breastfeed them too. Twin nursing pillows are expensive, so if you are on the fence about the whole breastfeeding possibility, you can wait on this. My kiddos were full term and over 7 pounds each, and yet they were still small enough that the traditional boppy pillow held them both for tandem feeding at birth. Lots of suggestions though.... This is big! Don't bother bringing it to the hospital. I ended up tandem feeding them in the hospital after my C-section, but all the pillows worked fine there. It is also huge for your bed if you plan on breastfeeding both in bed and have your partner still sleep next to you. I kept my kids in the same bassinet (yes, twins fit just fine in the Halo bedside) and attempted to get them on the same feeding schedule (HA-HA) for the first 6 weeks. I ended up buying the breastfriend twin nursing pillow just so my husband and I could both stay in bed. I also didn't want to keep lugging a nursing pillow up and down stairs so I had to buy a second. This is so big, that the only place to use it is the floor (not comfortable), or the corner of our sectional couch. Buy a second nursing cover (also pricey, but what are you going to do?). You need a clean one at all times. Twins are VERY messy. Who has time to wash and dry this between feedings? At 8 months old, my babies got too big and wiggly to tandem feed. I pulled out my boppy pillow thinking I would just use that. I really missed the back support from the twin z pillow and the size, so I still use it. It also makes a comfy surround pillow that holds 2 babies against you while you dose. My husband tried tandem bottle feeding the kiddos in this and it was a disaster for him. He has never been able to give them a bottle at the same time. I own both the twin nursing pillows on the market and this is the more comfortable one that I am still using. The breastfriend was needed to tandem feed them in bed, and it did fit into my glider once I moved them out of my room into the nursery. I stopped using that one months ago and really didn't like it much. The kids got too big for it to be much use for tandem feeding after a couple of months.

I cannot imagine life without this versatile pillow. Comfortable while nursing, great for my husband to bottle feed both babies at a time. It is worth the cost. I never use it as just a lounger and always supervise your littles while they are in it.

When I was getting ready for the arrival of our twins, this was my one must-buy product. I do not breastfeed, but I do have a slight disability on my left side which leaves me with limited mobility of my arm and hand. One of my biggest worries about having twins was how would I feed both of them at the same time since I knew how important it would be to keep them on the same schedule. Well, this pillow is a lifesaver - especially during those 3am feedings. The babies also love raking naps beside each other (it doesn't hurt that it's the cutesy thing in the world when they do and the pillow makes picture-taking super easy, too). Bonus: Seriously everyone in my family - twins (obviously), my 15mo daughter, and my husband (hahaha) LOVE this pillow. This removable cover makes life so much easier, too 😊

THIS is probably the ONE MOST IMPORTANT item that my daughter and son-in-law use to keep the babies safe and in place wherever they happen to be in the house! Usually, it is on the living room couch, and the babies nap in them, sometimes alternately, or they are propped up in them (now that they are older) and can look about the room, without mommy and daddy worrying that they will be able to roll out of them! Because of the design, even 6-month old twins can’t really wedge themselves up and out of the secure sides. As far as it’s original purpose for breast feeding, it wasn’t quite as practical for my daughter; however, it still is worth a 5-Start review because this pillow is used every single day for the twins and has been used since they were born! I figure that it will be used for a long time to come, as well. It is really a very handy tool to have ready as you are constantly shifting babies for feedings, changing, and whatever. Now, both babies like to just snuggle in it and be together.

This pillow is a complete lifesaver if you have twins. It holds them up well so I can breastfeed both girls at once. I love how soft the cover is. It is easy to wash. The pillow is really easy to use. I will recommend this pillow to every twin mom that I come in contact with. It has helped me keep my sanity during this first few weeks of being a new mom of twins! It is also great to sit them in when I need to take a break from holding them for a second!

This pillow is definitely the best purchase I’ve made as a twin mom. It is basically the third parent in my household. I bottle feed them in it, practice sitting with support pillows in it, and lounge them in it when we are working on grasping or having me read to them. Do yourself a favor and order it, it will be worth it.

I recommend this pillow to all expecting twin mothers. It is ESSENTIAL. This is what we set our twins in when feeding as it allow us to feed them at the same time, also they would also fall asleep in this. This pillow also is nice if you want to prop them up next to each other for pictures when they are young. I'm not sure what we would have done without this pillow! I highly recommend this product. Washing the cover is really easy as well and the cover is super soft and nice.

I love this pillow but since I'm still (6 month pregnancy now) on that anxious journey I want a good sleep. I purchased it earlier than the due date so I can comprehend how it works and have a comforting "pregnancy support" as it mentioned. Problem is; there isn't much exposure in how you can get comfortable with it WHILE pregnanct nor clear explanation. Even if I search for images online for different positioning as the suggested one didn't work so well, there are none images except one or two! So I figured out my own way but it appears to be inconsistent with how I had a good night sleep and didn't the night before since I'd change a little from how I would position myself or forget. Overall; it's a comfy product especially when I want to put my feet up and have a back support with the nice soft fabric and elbow rest.
