5-12-26 Upon first impressions these LED's appear to be solidly made with an actual metal encasement to aid in cooling. Compared to every other led bulb I've tried in this form factor and size, these are notably heavier in weight due to the metal heatsink, and every other manufacturer/seller that puts their name on a bulb of this form factor that I've tried in the past aren't nearly as bright, let alone are only painted a metallic color in order to mimic aluminum but are nothing but the same plastic encasing the led bulbs. I'm These so glad I ordered these evntyps led bulbs which actually have a metal heatsink designed into them, are considerably brighter, and they're not surrounded by a clear plastic heat trap. I'm not anticipating any issues with longevity, but if issues arise I'll update my review and scoring accordingly. While they're higher in price than the competition, they're well worth it if they last longer. I highly recommend you try them. I didn't take any pictures of the bulbs prior to installing them, but the Amazon pictures are accurate.

I recently upgraded my turn signal bulbs to these 1157 switchback LEDs and regular, and I couldn't be happier. The built-in resistors truly eliminate hyper flash, making installation seamless—just plug and play with no extra wiring or resistors needed. The brightness is outstanding! These bulbs are 1000% brighter than halogens, providing a crisp white for DRLs and a sharp amber for turn signals. The 360° lighting ensures excellent visibility, and the dual-color function works flawlessly in my vehicle. Regular color is accurate. Extreme brightness for the price. Almost too bright, which gives me an excuse to tint the lenses. Win-win to me. They did not hyperflash as promised. Installation was plug and play and they fit the sockets very securely. The attached picture shows the old halogen bulb on the right and the new switchback on white DRL on the left. The video clip shows flasher brightness difference between the new switchback LED on the left and the old halogen bulb on the right, if you can even tell the bulb on the right is flashing. I tried to gave the halogen bulb an edge by having it on the shade side and the new LED bulb on the sunlight side and it still got blown away by this LED bulb. If it lasts a couple years, I'll be very impressed.

Well. I wasn’t about to get on here and praise how awesome and bright these lights were, BUT, my passenger side just burnt out. In less than a month. The price of these should give me a longer duration than that. Not happy at all.

I bought these to replace the stock 7443 combination daytime running lamp/turn signals for my 2013 Dodge Dart SXT. I had to move my air filter around to get the passenger side LED replacement installed before reinstalling that air filter, and the driver side LED went right in without having to do anything more than removing the stock incandescent lamp and inserting the LED replacement. Keep in mind that these are switchback LED lamps, so the daytime running light mode will be with white light (my stock incandescent lamps were orange regardless of either mode), and the turn signals or hazard lights switching over to orange. I checked all of the modes of the newly installed LED lamps and everything works perfectly lighting wise, with everything significantly brighter than the stock incandescent lamps. I'm also happy to say that I don't get the "hyper flash" that some people get with LED turn signal replacements, but the reason that I knocked one star off of this for the review is because I still get a "Parking Light Out" error on my dash. Obviously, this error is only a minor annoyance, and I'm unwilling to go through the trouble installing a resistor between one of the LED lamps (it only requires one resistor since both sides are wired in series) because of having to deal with how to attach a resistor that gets very hot, so I'll just grin and bear it with the dash error for now. These have integral fans to deal with the greater heat that can be generated in turn signal mode, and whatever the case, the brightness and instant on nature of the lamps are a welcome change from the stock incandescent lamps. UPDATE: I reluctantly chose to removed these and put the stock incandescent lamps back in their place. The reason was because I couldn't overcome the dash errors, regardless of how hard I tried, including installing the resistors in the wiring. The errors persisted until I had a "check engine" light, which causes two problems: 1) I have no idea just by seeing the light whether this is just the lights or something more serious that requires attention, 2) Once I get a "check engine" light, my remote start is disabled until the fault is cleared. This is unacceptable to me, and even though I spent another $30 buying resistors to solve this, those failed as well. Apparently, other people have had success with these, either with or without the resistors, but Dodge Dart owners should be warned that there is probably no ready LED solution for the front turn signals unless you have an electrical engineering degree and can fabricate some sort of Rube Goldberg solution.

I got the white ones as reverse or backup lights, a set for my 2009 Dodge Durango, and another set for my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They work fine in both, no errors, no flashing, no flickering, and the size is great. They are VERY bright, probably 2 or 3 times brighter than the original halogen bulbs.

So far so good. Out of the box, these fit my 2024 Ford F150 hybrid. Wish they had a lamp projecting directly out the top of the light, which would be even better visibility as a brake light. Quality seems pretty decent and time will tell for longevity.

Put in a 2022 Ford Maverick to replace the front turn signal and running light. Worked like a charm, as long as you're okay with signal lights bright enough to see from space. I am, and this way no one should ever miss seeing me signal.

We recently purchased a 2 pack evntyps CANBUS 1157 Switchback LED Bulbs for use on a travel trailer . We are very impressed with these light and this will be the standard we use for are rear brake/turn/running lights going forward . They are very bright when the white LEDs are only on in running light mode . When turning and braking the amber led kick in and make it way brighter . These give the clearest turning and braking indication of any led light I have ordered on Amazon . They are well built and give the impression they will last a long time . The lights have a ton of LEDs and the switch back feature is amazing . If you are looking for a 1057 led bulb for your rear trailer turn signals this is the one for you !
