When new, they're awesome. When sold as new but not....
These items are great when they're new. I thought I was buying new. But I was sent a returned non functioning unit. No plastic covering and the box had been shoved in back to front. I had to wait ever so long for it to arrive, I'd even paid extra for postage, to add to insult.

HDMI does not work.
HDMI detection didnโt work and saw tons of unresolved issues on their GitHub. Returned immediately.

Great Device
This thing is built like a tank with its billeted aluminum body and the fit and finish are excellent. It's very small and I had no issues at all getting it connected to my server and connecting it to a power source. I love the ability to access my server's BIOS/UEFI settings remotely and also added a smart plug to the server in case it needs a cold reset. I travel for months at a time and now I don't have to worry when/if my home server goes down because I can access it from anywhere in the world now as long as I have a internet connection. The price is more than reasonable for the peace of mind.

Excellent compact KVM-over-IP device for remote recovery
Iโve used enterprise KVM-over-IP gear that costs far more, and this compact device has been a pleasant surprise. The basics work exactly as expected: connect HDMI and USB, open the web interface, and you get full keyboard, mouse, and video control. BIOS access, boot menus, recovery work, and troubleshooting are all available without installing agents or drivers on the target machine. The open-source firmware is also a major plus. For a device used for out-of-band access, I appreciate being able to see active development and regular updates. The touchscreen LCD is more useful than I expected. It gives a quick status check without opening the web UI, including the IP address, connection state, and active session indicator. Build quality feels dense and solid for the size. It fits easily in a rack drawer or behind a server, and USB-C power keeps the cabling simple. Iโm using it for remote management of small servers and network appliances. When a configuration mistake breaks normal remote access, this device makes it possible to recover the system without being physically present. Bottom line: excellent value for compact IP KVM use, especially for labs, remote systems, and network appliance management.

Great piece of tech
I kept having issues with my server locking up when not home. Being able to see and view bios and error screens is game changing for server management. Paired it with a kasa wifi switch and i can now manage my server from anywhere if it locks up.

included usb-c splitter cable doesn't work
Product works well with a very good web interface, but the cables included with it are very low quality. In particular, wouldn't power on using the included usb-c splitter cable. Fortunately I had a spare cable that works. Wish it had additional inputs to let me reset and turn on/off the computer it's attached to.
