Fallout 76: Official Guide

The book itself is a lot bigger then I expected it to be. I’ve played the other fall out games and this would have been very handy to have with them so hoping my husband will appreciate it at Christmas when he gets this and the game. It has so much detail in and is a must have for fallout fans. I paid £10.49 for the book which I feel is a very fair price. Delivered early too.

I ordered this on the day the game launched. I felt a bit overwhelmed. The book has been very helpful, it's extremely comprehensive, and has loads of info I have not even needed yet a few weeks later! I can see this is going to be very useful. Also, if you just want a nice fallout book to read, it's an attractive hardback with tons of info. It's lovely, you should totally get one if you like fallout even a little bit.

Wow, this is a fantastic collectors guide package. The VaultTec blue box is very sturdy and has two magnets to keep the front flap tightly closed. The guide itself is a weighty tomb with every bit of info you need to survive in the wasteland. There is also a pack of additional goodies like Fallout beer mats, 3 notepads, art print, postcards and map. Highly recommended.

Having received Fallout 76 for Christmas, I wanted to make the most of it, especially given what I'd heard from early adopters of it. The guide itself is extensive, including information on Quests, Side Missions, Random Encounters and so on. There is an inventory of all Junk items in the game (including their subordinate components) and of course Weapons, Armour and Apparel. Maps (plus local maps not found in the game) are contained in their own chapter too. You can find character classes created by the authors, that specialise in Stealth, Medical, Attack, Tank etc based on perks you pick while leveling up: very helpful for first time players like me. The information is presented in an attractive and heavy book, with a full colour pages and a complete index for tracking down whatever it is you're looking for. I remember reading somewhere that this guide was assembled during the Beta testing stages however, and there are some inaccuracies I have found, notably some of the Perk bonuses, the location of a few items I've looked for, that kind of thing. Nothing game-breaking, but enough that I needed to check Google every now and then. There are also some sections of the game that are not at all mentioned in the guide, which I would again attribute to when the guide was compiled - the authors have no control over this, so it's forgivable to me. The maps and the Quest hints are more than enough to get you through the game, like me. I like to play through a game first, and not just read my way through with walkthroughs, so I skipped over the quest information the first time, unless I got really stuck. What is not here is a full list of the weapon mods you can construct and use, but there are thousands of them, so this is not really viable anyway. All told, I'm pleased with the guide, and it has made the game more enjoyable when I've needed to check something.

Fantastic Book for Fallout 76. It's heavy, thick and full of easy to find information. It also comes with a huge pull out area map poster again packed with location info and highlights for the area. This was a gift and was really well received! The poster is on their game room wall framed. Highly recommended.

It's a big book, printed in lovely colour, with small text. It is detailed and meticulous but entertaining. It's extremely good value, the Internet guides were nowhere near as good as this. If your serious about Fallout 76, you need this in your life.

Great for hardcore gamers

Has a lot of info in those pages, a very thick book that needs some cross referencing ideally. I am doing my own.

Trae cosas interesantes por el precio: viene en una especie de estuche grueso, contiene la guía en tapa dura de más de 500 páginas la cual viene con lujo de detalle sobre todos los aspectos del juego y la calidad de la impresión es excelente. Ademas, trae consigo un código para descargar la guía en digital, dos libreta pequeñas, varias postales de "west Virginia" y unas especies de porta vasos con los logos de cerveza del juego, un mapa del juego de doble cara con leyenda y f finalmente, una impresión de arte conceptual del juego con número de serie. En definitiva, una edición coleccionista a un precio bueno

Ich denke mal zu dem ganzen FO76 Debakel muss ich nichts mehr sagen. Sagen wir dass dieses Spiel einfach unter den Erwartungen geblieben ist. Aber darum geht es hier jetzt mal nicht. Hier geht es um den Official Platinum Edition Guide und ganz ehrlich? Das Teil ist der Hammer! Alles ist sehr hochwertig und ausführlich und ein paar extra Sachen, wie eine qualitative große Karte, liegen auch dabei. Allgemein war das Release Date zwar lange Zeit nicht ganz klar bzw. hat sich von der einen Wochen auf die nächste geändert aber macht nichts. Denke mal man hat versucht das Produkt so gut wie möglich zu machen. Auch hat man hier mit dem Release des Spiels etwas gewartet, um die Sachen noch ausführlicher beschreiben zu können. Finde es allgemein sehr gelungen und definitiv einer meiner absoluten Lieblings-Guides bis jetzt. Es ist nur Schade dass das Spiel dazu so unterdurchschnittlich ist. Ich hoffe Bethesda rüstet da noch nach aber aktuell gibt es ja nur schlechte Schlagzeilen. Ich hab sonst absolut nichts zu beanstanden und habe genau das bekommen was ich erwartet habe. Definitiv seine 50 Euro Wert und besser als das "andere" Buch von Bandai Namco. Man sollte aber erwähnen das ALLES auf Englisch ist! Ich persönlich finde das sogar besser aber Leute die Deutsch erwarten werden enttäuscht sein.
