Nice little system
This is a great little entry level system with self install and self monitoring. Very easy to install once you figure it out. I subtracted one star due to the lack of proper directions and super tiny illustrations. So far the system works very well and I get instant notifications on my phone if a doors open or disarming/arming the system. Wish it had come with a yard sign or window stickers. I’ve installed security before so I was already familiar with the way things usually work. Someone installing for the first time might need help given the lack of proper directions. Overall I’m pleased with it and would buy it again and recommend it to others.

Works surprisingly well !
I was looking for a security system that was affordable for so long! This one is affordable and so easy to set up. It really didn’t take long and I am NOT a very technical person. And when someone or something shows up at my door it notifies me so quickly. Like when someone or something is coming up the sidewalk, the notification goes off so quickly! I’m really surprised how well it works - its totally worth the cost!

Great system for garage, shed, or other secondary spaces
I originally ordered this alarm kit as an option for a storage building I own, since I specifically needed something that did not have to be hardwired. That alone made this a really appealing option for me, and it ended up working perfectly for that use case. Setup was honestly way easier than I expected. I use an Ecobee system in my house, and while I like it, getting everything set up was definitely more involved. This system was much more straightforward and felt very beginner-friendly. I was able to get it up and running pretty quickly without feeling overwhelmed. For the price, I think this is a really solid budget system. It gives you the core functionality you need like motion detection, door and window sensors, and app alerts without requiring any monthly fees or subscriptions, which is a huge plus. That said, it does not have all the bells and whistles you might get with more expensive systems or ones that come with subscription plans. If you are looking for advanced features, deeper integrations, or more customization, you might notice that this is a bit more basic. But for what I needed, which is a simple, reliable system for a separate building, it does exactly what I want it to do.

Good DIY security option - great price - no contract/monthly fees
This is a solid starter home security kit, especially for the price. It covers the basics and is a good option if you want something simple without committing to a monthly subscription. It uses smartlife/tuya - so you can also interface it with homeassistant or continue to use the apps themselves which are clear, straight forward and used by a bunch of devices. Setup was straightforward and the sensors paired easily with the main hub. The system responds quickly when a door opens or motion is detected, and the alarm is loud enough to get attention. It supports both WiFi and LTE - I am just using wifi since I have reliable battery backed up internet - but being abel to toss a SIM card in is a plus if I need to. The only thing I would have preferred is a different mix of accessories in the starter kit. It comes with two remotes, but personally I would have rather had an extra door/window sensor instead. We don’t really use the remotes at all. That said, it’s still a good value overall and a nice way to get started with a basic home security setup. If you need something affordable that’s easy to install and works without a subscription, this is a solid choice and additional sensors are very affordable and easy to add.

Really cool home security with no subscription
This home security system is a solid choice if you want reliable protection without getting locked into a monthly subscription. The included motion sensors and window or door alarms respond quickly when a zone is opened or movement is detected, and the audible siren is loud enough to get attention and hopefully scare off an intruder. The keypad and main motherboard unit feel responsive and easy to use, and setting up entry and exit delays, arming modes, and PIN codes is straightforward even if you are not very tech savvy.Installation is very manageable as a do it yourself project. The sensors pair easily with the main hub, and the wireless range has been strong enough to cover multiple rooms and entry points without random disconnects. Mounting the motion sensors and window contacts is simple and does not require drilling in most cases, and the system has been stable once configured. I especially appreciate that everything continues to work locally even without an app subscription, which keeps ongoing costs at zero.Day to day use has been smooth. The system arms and disarms quickly from the keypad, and audible chimes when doors or windows open are helpful when you are at home. The motion sensors are sensitive enough to detect movement in key areas without constantly false alarming from small changes like curtains, especially after a bit of fine tuning in placement. Battery life on the sensors seems good so far, and the control panel clearly shows when a sensor needs attention. My biggest complaint and the main reason for giving it four stars instead of five is the lack of any built in cameras. The system does a great job as an alarm, but in a world where many security setups now include video, it would be nice to have at least the option to add a camera for visual verification. You get alerts that something has triggered, but you cannot see what is happening, which may push some people to buy a separate camera system.Overall this is a very good home security solution if you want strong basic protection with motion and entry sensors and a keypad controlled hub, and you do not want to pay any subscription fees. It covers the essentials, is easy to install and operate, and feels reliable. If the manufacturer ever adds an optional camera module or integrates with common camera platforms, it would be an easy five star product.

Real Security, No Subscription, No Compromise
The ongoing monthly fee attached to most monitored security systems was the main thing holding back the switch to a proper setup, and this system removes that barrier entirely. The app alerts are instant and reliable, arriving before I could even cross the room after triggering a sensor during setup testing. Both the WiFi and GSM connections provide redundancy that matters in the event of an internet outage, which is when a WiFi-only system becomes a liability. Sensor placement and pairing is wireless and straightforward. The door and window sensors snap into position without drilling into frames, the motion detector covers a wide angle, and the keypad gives household members a fast way to arm and disarm without pulling out a phone. The remote is a useful addition for the car or a key ring. Alexa integration works cleanly for voice arming and status checks. The app gives clear control over zones, alert types, and arming modes, and the notification history is useful for reviewing activity. After extended daily use across all entry points of the home, the system has not missed a trigger or generated a false alert from normal household movement. For a no-monthly-fee system with dual connectivity and app control, the reliability and feature set are well above what the price suggests.

Peace of mind without a monthly bill
I’m actually really impressed with how easy this was to set up. It’s all wireless, so you don’t have to worry about drilling holes everywhere or dealing with messy cords. The app is pretty intuitive, and the alarm itself is definitely loud enough to do the job. It’s a great way to feel a little more secure at home without being locked into a crazy expensive contract.
