Versatility and easy to use!
Easy to use for a great price! I wanted a steamer for years ( pricey for a long time) because it’s chemical free, and the steam makes cleaning easier; I’m disabled with a back injury and it’s harder and more painful to clean certain areas of the house like the bathroom tub, grout, curtains or the car interior. My cat unfortunately got nervous and peed in my car on the passenger floor side on a ride ( she never had an issue with car rides before and liked them) and I couldn’t get the smell out no matter what product I tried. So when a steamer finally became reasonably priced I grabbed it. It didn’t disappoint! The urine smell disappeared and my car seats looked better. My mattress was refreshed, steamed cleaned my cats favorite rug, the toilet looked and smelled better etc. I love the attachments like the clothes steamer. Sometimes ironing isn’t enough and I hate ironing. I love the fact that you can steam an outfit you just wore for an errand and not have to put it in the laundry bin. The window attachment is amazing as well. I love my steam cleaner! I’ve found all kinds of things to clean with this steamer since stains really lift off with the power. Like the grime that appears around the sink faucet etc. cleaning is no longer a depressing chore and things actually feel clean now. Get it while you can!

I was not convinced until.....
At first I was not impressed with this product at all. I have been wanting a steam cleaner, so when this arrived I was super excited. I opened the box and used it right away, before really reading any directions. What I got was high pressure, but what seemed low heat. I continued to use it to steam my half bathroom, but was disappointed. Then when I tried to open the top..... it just kept turning..... I gave it another try a couple days later, heat seemed a bit better... but I could not open the top after use, which I figured was a safety feature because of the steam and pressure. FINALLY, I read the directions , I found if you try to open right after use, you have to release steam while opening the top..... which does work, but still difficult (but I am working with one arm right now). I also decided to give all the attachments a try before giving up on this steamer. I started it up, again, let it sit for about 5 min. I used the cloth steamer on a pair of Jeans..... it worked great! I could finally see, I was completely wrong about the temperature. This thing gets hot. I have a handheld clothes steamer, but it is better for lighter clothing. This worked great on the Jeans, but using the towel sleeve is a must because of the sputter. Next, I used the window cleaner, attachment goes on the end of the fabric steamer tool... I was also impressed. Only drawback is the squeegee is ok and the angle as you near the end of the window is odd, so it is still wet. I then used the extended connecting spray to clean some wall spots. I was very concerned the pressure would not be strong. I was wrong. I actually lost a little paint due to the heat and pressure. My biggest impression came from cleaning my stove. Our main burner has some spots I can not get off even with oven cleaner. I used the regular short spray nozzle and the thick black debris started to bust up..... This amazed me. So overall, this is a keeper for me. Positives: -lots of attatchements -great cloth steamer! -good pressure and heat at times? -great quick hand held power option Drawbacks: -possible hit or miss if you get good pressure or heat (or could have been user error) -have to wait to reuse once steam is gone, directions recommend 5 min Suggestions: -For best pressure and heat, follow directions and have object 2 inches away -Do not overfill! -Screw top on tightly, I realized when I didn't the pressure was not high and I received lots of sputter

This is thing is actually better than my expensive steam cleaner that died on me!
My other, expensive steam cleaner died on me so I looked around online to find a replacement and came across this one. Just wanted something kind of inexpensive this time but still had decent reviews. Didn't expect it to be this high quality though for the price! First: I love the locking mechanism on the button. My old steamer had this button that was WAY too easy to press and I hit it accidentally on several occasions (in one instance, even burning my inner forearm). This one locks so you don't accidentally press it. Also loving some of these attachments like the squeegee attachment. Amazing for cleaning stuff like a dirty bath tub... I work on cars and motorcycles a lot so I get pretty dirty... which equals my shower/bath tub getting pretty dirty. I gotta scrub clean it like once or twice a week to keep it somewhat clean but as you can see in the video, it still gets this... what I assume is grease and filth from the car parts everywhere. Near impossible to get off with a scrub brush but this steam cleaner with the squeegee attachment does the trick in seconds. Couldn't be happier with that. My old steam cleaner couldn't even do that. Also, this thing heats up SO MUCH FASTER and puts out more steam than my old one did. Makes cleaning car interiors (like the plastic siding), shoes, bathtubs, tile floors, etc. SO MUCH faster than before. I'm using this thing on everything I own now with all these attachments, haha. Anyway, I felt like I needed to actually take the time to review this one since I was just so impressed with how much better it is than my old one - even though it's like half the price. Now I feel like I got scammed by my old steam cleaner, heh. Hope this info and video is helpful for someone out there. Don't normally do video reviews unless it's something I'm really impressed with :)

Not Working/Injury Risk
I originally ordered the steam cleaner for a family member, but ended up keeping it for myself since she purchased one. I finally had a use for it after it had been sitting on a shelf in my laundry room for a year. I read the instructions for proper operation before doing anything with the unit. I do love the various attachments that come with the steam cleaner. I noticed when I opened the cleaner to pour in the water, there were what appeared to be hard water spots around the top and the metal part of the lid that screws in is rusty and there looks to be some chunks of clear plastic around the metal on the lid. I didn’t order a used/refurbished unit but it appeared that is what I was sent and the seller didn’t bother to clean it up upon receiving it before shipping it to me. I filled the unit with the recommended amount of water, making sure not to add more than recommended. I screwed on the lid and plugged it in. After a few minutes, the unit started making sound and I heard a pop (assuming that was the lid popping up). Immediately, steam and hot water started spraying out from under the lid and hot water started dripping down the side of the unit. I’m thankful I didn’t get burned. Immediately I unplugged it and let it cool. I re read the manual and after several hours, I unscrewed the lid and poured the water out. Along with the water, sand came out of the unit as did flakes of a white substance. I poured cold water in and dumped it out to give the unit a good rinse. I decided to give it a second try and poured water in, only using 175 ml. I screwed the lid on and plugged in the unit. The orange light came on when I plugged it in. It has been about 15 minutes now and I pulled the trigger to use it and nothing is happening. No steam, no water, nothing. It’s not even making sounds. I am disappointed that I received such a poor quality steam cleaner. If it worked, it would be such a handy tool to use around and house and it’s easy to move due to the compact size. Unfortunately, I don’t feel it’s worth the money or the risk of injury.

Works but wierd
Worked perfect til like it starts screeching when it runs out of water. Its the weirdest thing lol. And the cap locks now and I cant get it unscrewed. But overall its a good steam cleaner. It actually outlasted the Bissell.

Small and powerful little steamer
Small but great burst of steam. Used it as a steamer for the couch, used is very effective to get rid of grease build up. Very sturdy and versatile.

Love it for getting kid gunk off of anything!
I LOVE this steam cleaner. I bought it to try to get the caked-on jello off of my toddler's high chair and lo and behold, it worked. I use it almost daily to clean off the kitchen table, my toddler's chair, my preschooler's seat, their backpacks after school, mattresses, doorknobs, etc., it all gets steam cleaned for sanitization. I prefer to use all-natural cleaning methods if possible and steam-cleaning is easy, cheap and effective. I love the scrub brush for anything sticky or tacked-on food especially, and I usually give it a good rinse and let it dry before use again. The curtain/fabric cleaner works well for steaming mattresses or anything made of fabric. I have also used the mirror/glass cleaner a few times and like it too. Great purchase!
