Bought the Duronic DW10 to replace my Airmsen tabletop dishwasher, which died after barely a month (the previous Airmsen only made it to 4 months). The DW10 is basically the only other non plumbed option with a capacity that matches Airmsen. Straight out of the box, the difference in build quality was obvious. It’s lighter, less bulky, has more settings, and feels far better made. A big plus is that Duronic is UK based. I’ve owned 3 tabletop dishwashers before this, and on every single one the top spray arm barely worked. Not the case with the Duronic - it actually does what it’s supposed to. I honestly wish I’d bought this instead of replacing the first Airmsen that failed after 4 months. I originally avoided it because I thought it didn’t have a delay start function, which I rely on to run cycles overnight when electricity is cheaper. Turns out the delay feature is there, it’s just hidden under the dry button. Choose your cycle, hold dry, and set the delay time. I’ve only had the DW10 for under 24 hours, but so far I haven’t found a single flaw, which is more than I can say for the others. And the black finish is gorgeous.

I have been utilizing this product for several days now, having acquired it through TikTok. As a single individual residing alone, I noticed that washing dishes consumed a significant amount of water. Therefore, I decided to try this product with the intention of reducing my water expenses. It effectively cleans glasses, leaving no streaks, and my cutlery consistently comes out remarkably clean. I genuinely regret not having purchased it sooner. Furthermore, it is quite straightforward to connect to the main water supply if one chooses to do so. I would certainly recommend it to anyone who might be contemplating a purchase. It has proven to be the most beneficial acquisition I have made thus far in 2026.

Only worked once and then was plagued by error messages and it stopped heating the water completely. Initial customer service support was excellent arranging return but am still waiting for a refund 2 weeks later. Have now got Amazon involved

The filter gets nasty after a few months, filled with mold and mildew despite weekly cleaning and sitting it in a preventative solution. The dishwasher is way louder than the advertised decibel level, and I cannot watch movies or go to sleep with it on because it's so disruptive (and I love loud noises, I prefer my fans loud! This, though? It sounds broken.) I've purchased two of these dishwashers, which was stupid of me. They both have had to be sent back for repairs with much pain and effort on my part (because I live alone on the third floor). The company communicates when they feel like it. Often, emails "slip through the cracks" and don't get responded to at all and require me to follow up a week later. Do NOT buy products from Duronic, overall your entire experience will be miserable and you'll wish you'd purchased a different dishwasher. Edit: The second dishwasher's heating element broke and it is summer and I don't have anyone who can carry it with me to the post office for the repair. Without the heating element, mild and mildew has grown in the dishwasher. I asked the company if I could schedule the repair to be picked up instead, they simply responded "you can do that yourself." Overall, this company is the worst I've ever experienced. I've knocked one star off because of this.

Je suis déçue car j’ai acheté le modèle le plus grand ( 6 couverts) et le plus cher et je m’aperçois qu’il n’y a pas de casier pour le sel et la pastille de lavage comme montré sur la vidéo ? Dans la description c’est un modèle qui devrait l’avoir ! Cherchez l’erreur ? Sinon la consommation d’eau et d’électricité est raisonnable
